[ENG] Altered (Ninjago: Rebooted fanfic)

Welcome to the english version of my fanfic Altered, translated by myself.

Some things you need to know before starting:

-I don't promise quick updates, translating the chapters by myself takes time, I'm not a professional translator. I'm doing this in my free time and with my current level of english, almost all self taught, my first language is spanish. If you happen to have some feedback regarding the translation, you can leave a respectful and constructive comment, I'm always looking to improve.

-Now speaking about the content of this fic. This fic is an alternative version of Rebooted, more specifically, a continuation of the fancomic Proselytized. This comic is currently discontinued, the last update was the start of the second chapter, but the plot and the world always interested me a lot. Back in 2020 I had the idea of giving a conclusion to the story, just for fun and my own satisfaction, but I decided to share it here too, and then translate it someday. That day has come.

-The first chapter starts near the end of the first chapter of the fancomic, till the last update, so, that chapter is like a summary of this alternative line. From chapter 2 is everything I've written.

-Nothing here belongs to me except the story I wrote. Characters belong to LEGO, and the author of the fancomic prefers to not be mentioned, as I could find from someone that knows them (tho, as far as I remember, the fancomic is still posted in Tapas under their pseudonym).

-This story will not be focused on Jay and Nya's relationship, but Jay and Cole's instead. If this is not of your liking, I cordially ask you to leave this fic. But I also want to remind you that ships and romantic relationships are not the main focus here either.

-The main focus here is the psychological part of the characters. I'll work with some sensitive topics, among them, trauma. I explicitly state this as I have encountered readers that don't seem to understand the characters sometimes, and I feel they ignore that there's an implicit trauma. Keep that in mind when reading and be respectful. Tags will be at the beginning of the chapter that requires it.

Some people were already waiting for this fic to be translated. I'll do my best to bring the translated chapters, but please, remember the first point of the list. I hope you enjoy the story as much as I enjoyed writing it, and don't forget to comment, I love seeing your opinions and reactions. And always remember to be respectful while doing so.
