As The Night Passes: part 2

As the shadows hide in the trees,
They lerk through the night,
Looking for their enemies,
That shine so bright,

They search and search,
Through the dark night,
Waiting for enemies,
Of which they may freight,

They wait,
As the night passes,
Gathering an army,
And raising their masses,

Looking into the darkness,
The light reaches forward,
And the darness,
Races toward,

The two enemies,
Clash and fight,
Using all their energy,
And deminishing their might

The battle is over,
The light has won,
The darkness of the fight,
Is deminished and done,

The light of the world,
Comes to be known,
As the sun once again,
Rises to be shown,

The world is happy,
Full of light,
And the world lives on,
Full of delight.
