I look at my dress uniform excited to go see Ahri tonight, with the help of my commander he was able to get me over to the party she is in and see her. I check my self one more time and see I'm good.

I leave the hotel and go over to the limo to take me over to the party, I can't wait to see her again. Geez how long has it been 3-4 years since I left. God it's been a while hopefully she stills remembers me.
Timeskip to the party
Driver: here you go sir, commander said she'll be here in a few minutes
Y/n: thank you and have a good night
I enter the party and decided to go get a drink while I wait, while I walk over I'm bombarded with people coming up to me thanking me for my service while others look at me with a disgusting look in there faces, it's something you get used to not everyone agrees is being deployed in the Middle East but it is what it is.
I get my drink and have some small talk with others talking about life and what not and then I notice a crowd of people outside and a red carpet, I go to see who it is and there she is, I decided to play around and go back inside and let her enjoy the fans. I'm glad she went and chased her dream and wow look at her more beautiful than ever

After greeting all the fans I notice Eve and Kai with a disgusted look on there faces
Ahri: what's up with you two
Kai: there's a marine here for some reason
Eve: gosh this party is already a bad start
Akali: look we all don't like them but just deal with it we can't let this ruin our image ok

I look around for the marine, maybe he or she knows y/n.

I walk away from them and start to look for the marine, after a bit of walking I see him. I stop to look for a bit to see if my eyes were correct and there he was in his uniform looking as handsome as ever, as I'm starting at him the rest of the girls find me and tell me to go but then he looks back at me we stare at each other. He starts to go me and I do too.
Y/n POV
Last drink for the night huh, I keep looking around and see the ahris group staring at me but she's not there, clearly they have disgusting looks on there faces hopefully we can put that aside for her. As I finish my drink I look around and see her, I see her better and see even more beautiful she truly is
I notice her group behind her trying to get her away so I decided to walk to her and she does to then that walking turns into running and that running turns into her jumping into my arms hugging me, as we hug there are people clapping for us.
Y/n: how's my little Fox doing
I let her down and she stares at me with tears in her eyes
Ahri: better than I could ever be right now
I smile as she hugs me again, as we're looking I see her group giving me a death stare, I'll try to ignore it and just enjoy my time with her

Ahri: why didn't you visit me dummy

All I see is her blushing and turning into a tomato

We both laugh and after I see her friend group come up to us

All I see next is all three of them leaving in rage, after that I look at Ahri getting tears in her eyes
