Trevor walked up the stairs, up the apartment complex, and stopped just as he reached for the door knob. He looked at the door next to his, Mr. Timberson. Trevor knocked onto Mr. Timbersons door. Soon, a man opened the door. Before Trevor could say anything, Mr. Timberson spoke.

Mr. Timberson: Trevor?
Trevor: Yes?

Mr. Timberson grabbed Trevor's shirt, and pulled him into his apartment. Trevor looked around for a moment.

Trevor: Wow. We've lived here for a couple of years now but I never actually came to visit you.
Mr. Timberson: Heh, trust me, Trevor, you and your brother are the best entertainment around.
Trevor: Is it that funny to hear?
Mr. Timberson: Trevor, it's either "fun" or "run" with you two. I just didn't think the "run" would actually happen.
Trevor: Yea, well... Travis just needs to... I don't know, cu-
Mr. Timberson: Cut you some slack?
Trevor: ... how'd you know?
Mr. Timberson: I talked to Travis earlier. I shouldn't have to tell you how bad he felt when I made him realize.
Trevor: ... yea.

Trevor looked down, realizing a white, poofy cat staring at him from Trevor's feet. Trevor lightly smiled, and bent down to pet the cat. The cat showed his gratitude by pushing his head harder into Trevor's hands, as Trevor began to scratch the top of the cats head.

Mr. Timberson: By the way, Trevor. I heard about the job you two have. It sounds like a dream, but I'm sure it comes with a catch, and that catch is that it's tearing you and your twin apart.
Trevor: Don't you worry, Mr. Timbers-
Mr. Timberson: Please, Trevor. You don't need to be so formal, call me Marcus.
Trevor: Right... well, don't you worry, Marcus, I know Travis wouldn't let that happen, and neither would I.

Travis sat on the hospital bed, nervous.

Trevor: Speaking of which, where is Travis?

The doctor walked through the door of Travis's room, with some sort of document in his hands.

Marcus: Travis had to go pick up something real quick. Hell, I'm sure he'll be on his way back in a few minutes.

Travis looked at the floor as the doctor told him the news, but it wasn't good.

Doctor: I'm sorry.

Trevor pet Marcus's cat once more, waved goodbye to Marcus, and walked to his apartment. Trevor sat on his couch, and stared at the black television, starring at his reflection, his mind making a fake reflection next to him, like Travis was there.

Trevor (thinking): I should call him.

Travis sat in his car, his head resting on the steering wheel.

Travis: Damn it... damn it... Damn It... DAMN IT... DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT DAMN IT DAMN IT DAMN IT DAMNITDAMNITDAMNITDAMNIT DAMN IT ALL!!!

Travis sat back into the seat, finding it difficult to think straight.

Travis: What am I going to tell Trevor?

Suddenly, Travis's phone began to ring. Travis looked to see who would be calling, seeing "Trevor" on the screen.

Travis (thinking): Wow. The universe won't even give me a second to think.

Travis answered his phone and put it to his ear.

Travis: Hey, Trev, what's going on?
Trevor: Hey, umm... listen, I hate the way things left off last night, and... I want you to come home. I miss you, Travis, even though you've been gone for only a little time.
Travis: ...
Trevor: Travis?
Travis: Trevor, there's... there's something I need to tell you.
Trevor: Anything, Travis, anything.
Travis: ...
Trevor: Travis, are... are you okay?
Travis: Yea, yea... I just...

Travis looked down at his medical document, only able to focus on the severity. He wanted to say something, but he couldn't find the courage and emotional strength.

Travis: I don't like the way things were left off of, either. I just... I just don't want you to get hurt because... because with how much I protect you, I may not be around as long as you, and I want you to remember me as the protector, not some sort of unproductive douchbag.

Trevor and Travis began to tear up.

Trevor (breaking voice): Travis... Travis, I-

Suddenly, Travis hung up his phone, making Trevor hear a plain dial tone. Trevor placed his phone next to him, and whipped the tears off his face. Travis started his car, and began to drive home. After around an hour, Travis walked into his apartment, seeing Trevor on the couch. Trevor immediately looked up to Travis. They both stared at each other for a moment, until Trevor finally stood up, ran to Travis, and hugged him. Travis hugged back, hoping Trevor won't notice the medical document.

Travis: Um, listen, Trevor, I'm not saying I hate this, in fact I love this. But... I need sleep, now.
Trevor: I feel you man, I feel exhausted myself.

Travis chuckled, and looked at Trevor's face, seeing the bruise on his forehead. Travis glided his thumb across it, trying not to hurt Trevor. Travis sighed, and smiled at Trevor, before walking back to his room. Trevor sighed and lied on the couch, waiting for sleep to take him.

At the Pizza Palace

Fredderina watched as all of the children played and ate, seeming as happy as a six-year-old can be. Bonnie played patty-cake with some kids, while Chica taught others how to cook. Fredderina looked over, and saw Marionetta, something bothering her. Fredderina walked to Marionetta, quickly being noticed.

Fredderina: Marionetta? Are you... okay?
Marionetta: It's... the twins.
Fredderina: Trevor and Travis? What's wrong with them? They haven't done anything up to this point, so what's wrong?
Marionetta: Nothing. But, I just... I have a feeling about tonight. Something will happen.
