Chapter 2: The Avengers

     After you got out of the shower you put the same clothes on since you didn't bring any and just a little bit of makeup. You didn't really want to mess with your hair so you just let it be. You were standing inside your room by the door Nervous about meeting the avengers. All the sudden you heard a voice over the intercom " miss Y/N the avengers are waiting for you in the living room" your heart was pounding nearly out of your chest. "Yes right, I'm on my way" and with that you slowly opened the door to your room and walked to the elevator. You were shaking at this point taking deep breaths on the way down to the living room. The elevator finally stopped and you walked out only to be scared by Thors booming voice " Lady Y\N WHAT A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU" god his voice was loud. He gave you a big hug picking you up off the ground nearly breaking your back. He finally sat you down and your gave him a smile "Y/N?" Tony said "....yeah?" You were hesitant and afraid you did something wrong. "Aren't those the same clothes you had on before?" Your face went red with embarrassment "I -uuuu..... don't really have anything else" everyone was looking at you in confusion.
Of course Tony could tell " Hey hey don't sweat it kid, maybe nat and Wanda can take you to the mall sometime this week". You were excited but Reality settled in that you didn't have any money. "Tony I don't have any money, I also don't think nat and Wanda would want to waste there time helping me look for clothes" you really hoped you didn't piss of stark. Mostly everywhere that came out of your mouth you questioned. Wanda started talking after the long silence"Hey I want to go, I have to get some new clothes anyway it will be fun" and than nat " yeah so do I, and we both know Stark will most likely pay."

"Oh I'm not paying for you to, Y/N I will she's more likable than you too". Nat and Tony started bickering over that subject, you started tuning them out. Steve walked up to you and introduced himself even though you already knew who he was. "Hey Y/N, I'm Steve, Steve Rogers". You shook his hand " yes I know" you both started laughing a little. "So Y/N why did stark take you in, i'm not saying I don't want you here, it's just Tony hasn't really said much about you except for your name" you really didn't want to tell Steve what happened so you just brushed it off  " I actually would prefer not to talk about it right now, I'm sorry" you look down at the floor expecting for him to be disappointed or to assume you didn't trust him. " no no Y/N, don't worry about it you can talk when you're ready". You look up and gave him a small smile. "Hey Y/N are you hungry?" you were entirely sure who asked the question but you answered anyway "I little bit" soon you found out it was Bruce "come on than we're ordering Chinese food" you put in your order then sat down on the couch next to nat. You both didn't really talk much truth be told you were both invested with whatever was on TV. 10 minutes past and the food finally arrived. You all sat down at the table you sat between Clint and Thor. You all started to dig in devouring everything. " hey I didn't get to ask you, or really speak to you at all, but Tony told me you have powers." Clint said that with a smile on his face "yeah something like that, i'm not sure what they are really nor how do use them."       " I'm sure you will figure it out" you just gave him a small smile to be fair you were shy around new people. 15 minutes later everyone was done with there food it was about 11:30pm and they all started to head to bed saying there goodnights. Soon only you and Thor were at the table. " I think I'm going to head to bed to Thor".  " very well goodnight Y/N". "Goodnight" And with that you started heading back up to your room. Closing the door to your room you slowly got ready for bed brushing your teeth and removing the make up that was on your face. You climbed into bed and slowly started to drift to sleep.

Ik ik Loki wasn't in this chapter but I promise you he'll be in the next one I just wanted you to have time to bond with the rest of the team~
Also there will probably be a short time skip in the next chapter. I'm gonna try to have it posted by the end of this week. And the next chapter will be much longer.
