Audreys POV
"HEY AUDREY WAKE UP!" someone screamed, waking me from dreamless slumber.
"What the-" I start, soon realizing that someone was yelling for me from the hallway outside my hotel room. It had been a long day yesterday, and after the pick-up soccer game I had with the boys, I was exhausted. They had asked me to go out with them to Nando's for dinner, but I politely declined, knowing I would just fall asleep halfway through.
"AUDREY, C'MON I'M HUNGRY AND WANT TO GRAB BREAKFAST. OPEN UP!" Niall yelled, still slamming his fists on the beige door a few feet away.
I moaned, looking over at the clock on my bedside table reading 9:30am. Jetlag is killing me. I quickly spring from my bed, shoving the duvet aside and running to open the door before Niall broke it down.
I grasped the smooth handle and flung open the door, facing my bright eyed, blonde haired idol.
"Hey, sorry I'm still a bit jet lagged and-" I mumble, but Niall smiles down at me, taking my breath away and causing my thoughts to jumble together. Damn these boys are just so freaking attractive it messes with my train of thought.
He must have noticed me getting flustered because he threw his head back laughing, clearing the air, and walked past me into the room. I just shake my head. Get it together Audrey.
"I'm just gonna take a quick shower and then we can go, okay?" I ask, shuffling through my still unpacked suicase and grabbing a few articles of clothing before slipping into the bathroom.
"Cool" Niall replies, kicking off his Supras and making himself comfortable on her unmade bed.
I slip out of my clothes, slide the glass door closed, and turn on the hot water. It feels so nice to shower, it really clears my head.
10 minutes later I'm out of the shower and putting the finishing touches on my simple makeup. I decided to wear a long, knit sweater paired with black leggings and my combat boots. I walk out of the bathroom, and Niall whistles.
"You look hot" Niall chuckles, looking me up and down once again. "Too bad your Harry's." Why does everyone think me and Harry are into eachother? I hate him, he hates me.
"Ha. Very funny. Let's just go" I reply, trying to avoid the whole 'Harry' subject. I think about him a lot. Mostly about those sparkly green eyes and brunette wringlets that he has to push out of his face multiple times. And how can I forget his dimples, the ones that cut into his cheeks whenever he smirks. No Audrey stop. He's an asshole and not worth your time. He doesn't even want you here remember?
"Yes please, I'm absolutely starving!" Niall says, bringing me back to reality. He throws one of my bags over his shoulder, and takes the roller luggage in his hand. I reach down to grab my last bag, and Niall flops his arm over my shoulder. He leads me out of the hallway, down the elevator, and to the front desk to check out. A few minutes later, he brings me outside to his Range Rover parked by the curb. To my surprise, there were only a few lingering paparazzi, hiding in the bushes a few yards away. I almost laugh at how utterly ridiculous they look, squatting behind shrubs as if we can't see them.
As we pull away from the tall hotel, Niall clears his throat, and lists out the plan for the day. After breakfast, he is going to take me out to a soccer game, and an extremely important one at that. Arsenal vs. Manchester United. I'm not really big into watching European soccer, but I've heard enough to know that this is a big game. Niall explained how much he loves 'football' as they put it, and how he likes to go out and watch a game every now and then.
Ten minutes later, we are sitting in a two-person booth in a cozy café. Niall slides in across from me, and we order our meals. I'm not that surprised when Niall orders three times more food than me.
