The 201st year of the Fourth Era brought many events to the lands of Skyrim.
The killing of High King Torygg in a duel with Ulfric Stormcloak, Jarl of Windhelm, plunged the land into civil war after several skirmishes throughout the previous years. Ulfric's execution in Helgen was interrupted by the arrival of Alduin, and the World Eater's arrival to Tamriel led to the return of the Dragon race terrorizing the villages and people of the land. Fortunately, Alduin's arrival in search of the one he feared would spell his fate.
Slated for execution by a Captain of the Imperial Legion, The Last Dragonborn emerged from the caves of the ruined town to carve a path through Skyrim that would be spoken of for centuries. Learning of his power from the slaying of Mirmulnir in the defense of Whiterun, he grew in strength, power, equipment, and skill as he traveled across Skyrim's nine Holds. Helping those across the land and uncovering the truth behind the troubles of his mother's homeland, The Last Dragonborn—assisted by the Dragon-hunting Blades, the Dragon Odahviing, and Jarl Balgruuf of Whiterun—traveled to Alduin's temple, Skauldafn, to enter Sovngarde.
The land where Nordic souls traveled after death was besieged by Alduin, wounded in battle with the Dragonborn, who feasted to regain his strength and power. Aided by the souls of many great warriors, including the ones who sent the World Eater to The Last Dragonborn's time, he used the Shout created by Man and taught to him through an Elder Scroll, Dragonrend, to defeat the signal of the apocalypse.
Returning home, he joined the forces of the organization that illegally sentenced him to death to defend Whiterun from the Stormcloaks. Succeeding, he led a campaign across the Holds supporting Skyrim's independence to cripple the rebel forces until finally arriving at the capital and home of Ulfric, Windhelm. Devastating the oldest city in Skyrim, The Last Dragonborn and his Imperial commanders stormed the Palace of the Kings and dueled Ulfric and his lieutenant in the throne room.
Wounded and bleeding, Ulfric merely requested that The Dragonborn be the one to finish him off. His wish was granted as the Dragonborn Shouted him apart as the rebel leader had done to his High King.
Returning home, The Last Dragonborn would go on to destroy the Black Brotherhood, assassins that had terrorized the Empire and their people for years. He would bring the Thieves Guild back to power and take over as Guildmaster, the greatest thief of all of Skyrim who, upon being granted the title, would never again enter The Ragged Flagon within Riften's Ratway sewers. More enjoyable but mourning, he would drink the blood of the Moon Beasts and rise to become Harbinger of the Companions, the chief advisor for the group of warriors and werewolves, upon the murder of Kodlak Whitemane.
Several Daedric Princes would take him as their Champion and bestow upon him a gift to use in their name, and he would train at the Throat of the World in his own gift, the Thu'um.
Peace wouldn't last forever, however. The Empire, now with his support, and the willingness of several Dragons seeking him as their leader with the most powerful Voice, gathered its strength to fight back against the Third Aldmeri Dominion, a powerful union established by the radical Altmer group, the Thalmor, who had fought and won against the Empire several years before Skyrim's Civil War. They fought against the Elves as The Last Dragonborn remained to clear out two rising threats before they could become as dangerous as the World Eater had been.
A prophecy being followed by the powerful and ancient vampire clan, the Volkihar, to blot out the Sun permanently and bring a new age for vampires across the realm was being put to the test by a new organization. Joining the Dawnguard and finding a new companion in the form of Serana, the daughter of Lord Harkon Volkihar, The Last Dragonborn once again emerged victorious with one of the main keys to the prophecy, the bow of Auriel himself, under his control; a new Dragon to pledge loyalty to him in exchange for being given the chance to fly over his home of Tamriel again; and new Dragon Shouts to be used against his foes.
Journeying to the island of Solstheim, The Last Dragonborn learned of the impending return of Miraak, The First Dragonborn and a dragon priestess who came under the power and servitude of the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora who taught her the great power of bending her dragon masters to her will. Meeting at the Summit of Apocrypha, the two Dragonborns dueled and countered each other until The Last Dragonborn had used her own power against her. The two Dragonborns of different eras stood together as the Daedric Prince, angered by the betrayal of his Champions, sent waves of minions against them. For a duration that is still unknown, the remained undefeated until Mora gave up and the Dragonborns were released from Apocrypha forever. The two would return to Solstheim, now free of Miraak's influence, and help the settlement of Raven Rock reopen the Ebony mine and bring it back from the brink of financial collapse along with stopping the assassination of Councilor Lleril Morvayn.
What happened after these events is unknown or considered "too minor" to be remembered, though it is known that The Last Dragonborn would leave Miraak to watch over Skyrim while he joined the Imperial Legion and take the fight to the Thalmor.
Now, it is 4E 209. The Last Dragonborn had journeyed with three others to an Altmer temple in the Summerset Isles. Rumors pointed to an item that would give the Empire another, more powerful edge over the Aldmeri Dominion, end the war quickly, and return the Empire to the global power it had previously held.
Locked behind traps, heavy doors, and magical guardians, the four soldiers would journey to the atrium of the ruins and unlock the magical scroll that was believed to have been a force of unknown but great power.
The Last Dragonborn's disappearance from the face of Tamriel, much like the infamous Dwemer race, would further damage the reputation of powerful magic entities by anti-magic organizations and people. His arrival in a cave within a world never seen before would lead him to a new path where he may forge new alliances, master against new enemies, encounter a different set of rules and magical power, and rise to become a figure like those he fights for and unlike those he fights against.
To victory or Sovngarde, he would do what he could to better the lives of the unknow around him, and unknowingly make a mark in history as The Frontier's Loudest.
