There was calmness in your presence
There was so much love in your eyes
You stared at me afraid it would cage me
I just smile with ease and delight
Maybe your light was not to bright
For it's still dark inside of me
Its getting smaller and smaller
Loneliness as my only companion
Memories keep on flashing
Like thunders in the rain
Flooded with horrible scenes
