Pagkauwi ko ng bahay dito sa Batangas ay sumalubong sa'kin ang sampal ni papa

*slap*

"Hindi ka na ba magtitinong bata ka?!" papa John shouts at me

"Kailan ba ako naging matino sa paningin mo pa? You never saw good in me"

"Bakit meron ka bang nagawang tama?! Wala!" papa John

"John tama na, wag na kayong mag-away. Lagi nalang kayong ganyan ni Jho"

"Isa nalang Jhoana, punuin mo pa ako baka mapalayas na kita" papa John

Hindi na bago sa'kin ang mga arguments namin ni papa, puro naman talaga mali ang nakikita niya sa'kin

"I commend you Bea, anak. You are all over social media dahil sa ginawa mo!" mom Det

The news spread quickly. Nalaman ng mga tao ang pagsalba ko kay Jhoana. Pinuntahan pa ako nila mom dito sa bahay ko just to congratulate me

"Thanks mom"

"Ginawa mo ba yun for power anak? Para maging mabuti ka sa mata ng mga tao?" dad Elmer

"Partly yeah"

Dad sighed

"Elmer, there's nothing wrong with that, because power is all we need para manalo si Bea for the upcoming election" mom Det

"Ang labas nito ay ginawa mo lang yun just to win people's vote, hindi ka talaga tumulong ng tao. You will run for mayor to serve people not for power" dad Elmer

I know that my family is a corrupt kaya nga marami kaming businesses. However, dad is trying naman his best to make our city better, ang kaso lang ay may binubulsa siya

"We are serving naman for them, Elmer. You are in service for how many years" mom Det

"Mom, dad let's not argue about this hmm? We are family we shouldn't be like this"

Random night at the casino here in Manila. I live in Batangas but I come to Manila just to play and party
