Wednesday August 3rd
The first time i tried i almost shifted, but i got super scared. I felt muscle spasms and eye twitches. I also felt itches. Today i tried the Raven method and i'm definitely trying it another time. I also listened to an 80's playlist that made me feel even more like i was in my DR so that really helped.

Thursday August 4th
OMG TODAY I WAS SO CLOSE. MY EYES WERE TWITCHING AND EVERYTHING WAS SPINNING, all i needed to do was gts but i couldn't. I'm definitely going to try one last time for today later tonight, probably when i'm super tired and without music so i can actually sleep. Today is literally the farthest i've ever gotten and i'm really proud of myself and my body!!

TIPS:
•drink lots of water. i mean LOTS. staying hydrated really helps.
•Meditate!!! clear your mind and calm down. if you're too excited or to scared, you will focus on the symptoms or even on your feelings more than the shifting itself
•Music!! i use this video on youtube, it really helps me. I use it while i'm meditating!(copy it!)
