RECAP: Pallavi donates blood to Jaya

Raghav was in his white kurta and white dhoti in his bedroom fishing for something through his closet, a pearl chain falling off from the folds of his clothes. He took the single string of pearls as a memory flashes,

Ten years ago, his 17 year old self passed out after crying for the whole day, after performing the last rites of his father. He heard a faint cry of a girl not too far away but by the time he could wake himself up and look around, he could see another body had been performed last rites for and the flames were still in the air, but there were no people around. As he saw his fathers body burnt to ashes in front of him, he felt gutted and fell to his knees crying his heart out touching his forehead to the ground as if paying his respects to him.

As he gathered himself onto his feet and made his way out with a heavy heart, a string of pearls caught his toes. He thought as they looked expensive, he could return it to the owners when he comes a couple of days later to collect the ashes.

But then forgot about them and misplaced them, time and again he finds them in his closet and he keeps pushing them inside.

And the same thing happened today, the pearl chain is still the same mystery, he didn't have time to think about it and he continued for the day

Pallavi was looking through her scrapbook of her mother which she made with her hands, her mothers photographs and many other works of hers. She finally let it out crying falling to her knees tightly holding the black bound scrapbook to her chest. This woman forgot to cry, she gathered her courage from her mother and believes that nothing can make her cry except the fact that she doesn't have her mother with her anymore.

She finally got onto her feet and wiped her tears, washed her face and got ready for the day. As she made her way out she looked at her father who pretends to not know what day it is and it doesn't matter to him anymore but silently cries himself to sleep at night.

Raghav, Farhad, Keerti and Jaya got down at the huge temple, normally, he donates food, clothes every year on this day to the chain of orphanages and old age homes of his but them Jaya insisted on feeding the beggars and homeless people this year, so they were at the temple.

As they were all going up the steps of the temple and Jaya somehow slipped and lost balance, a hand caught hers pulling her forward almost saving her from a dreadful fall. As they looked at her, it was an ajrakh print saree and it was Pallavi.

She was not the same Pallavi whom they see everyday in Emerald, her hair was half wet and half dry in a loose pony, and the hair above her temples were falling on both of her ears, closing them almost just making the studs peek out. There was a small black bindi, her eyes were sunken as if she cried buckets and her nose was slightly pink. Her saree was quite simple and still she looked so gorgeous taking his breath away.
