Chapter 9 - Suprise

I couldn't help it but I kept feeling guilty for Liam, next time I see him I'll fix all of this. My phone lit up saying I got a text message. It was from Louis:
Hi Bells,
So I was thinking.... Since we're officialy a couple now☺️ I should take you out on our first date together and do soms cheesy stuff ;) Open your front door, and look on the door step. It will help you.

I hopped of my bed immediately and ran downstairs, what in earths name did Louis do? I swang the door open and looked on my doorstep. A package with a note was placed on it. I grabbed the note and read it.

Dear Belle,
Open this package and put what's in it on. By the time you are ready, Emily will be at your place and she will help you further.

I smiled widely, stupid Louis. He's always been so cheesy.... But I kinda love it. Quickly I opened the package. Inside of it was a baby pink dress, it was an off the shoulder dress. It's so cute, but not too dressy. Only now I noticed that there were also a pair of high heels and some jewelry. I take everything upstairs and change into the clothes, put some make-up on and curl my hair a bit. When I look in the mirror I feel a bit insecure. I mean, everything is so beautiful but I never wear dresses because I'm a bit ashamed of my curves and my legs.

That moment the bell rung, I tried to walk down the stairs with my heels on, one of the hardest things I've done. When I opened the door, and Emily appeared. 'Oh. My. God.' Emily lifted her eyebrows and looked extremely suprised. 'Hi Ems' I say laughing at her expression. 'Bell. You look..... So different. Freaking gorgeous. Louis won't be able to resist you tonight! I can't believe this is happening by the way, y-' I cut her off. 'Thank you so much Em! Me neither.... I'm still shocked about it, but it feels so good.' She smiled and said: 'Well, we got to get going now, Lou is waiting for you.' We hopped in her car and turned on the music.

Finally after half an hour of nervousness we stopped driving. I got out of the car and looked at the place where we were. We stood in front of a forest. Only now I noticed a little pathway made of glow in the dark sticks. I giggeled softly, this is so cute. 'Well this is where you continue on your own. Follow the glowsticks and don't stumble, it's kinda dark so mind your step' Emily says while she quickly gave me a hug. 'Thank you Emily'

I walked towards the lights and felt a bit scared, because... Well yeah it's dark and I'm walking around in a forest. Before I continued walking I took off my heels, it's impossible to walk here with my heels on. As I walked further along the path I heard some music. It became louder the further I walked. Now I see a note attatched to one of the glow sticks. You're coming closer. Every few metres I found a note saying something sweet.
And there he is, sitting with his back towards me. There is a lake, with the reflection of the moon on it. It looks so beautiful. Louis sits at a picknick table all dressed up with candles and food and some soft music. Why haven't I realised all of this before, me liking Louis. How did I not notice he is perfect. I start smiling and feeling proud.

Slowly I continue walking foward, towards him trying not to make a sound. I reach out my arms and I hug him from behind. He is startled at first but then he calms down and wraps his hands around mine. 'Hi' he whispers. After a few seconds Louis turns around, the same expression as Emily had , is now on Louis face. 'Holy sh-, Bell. You, you look beautiful. I'm so lucky....' I start blushing like a tomato and kiss Louis' cheek. 'Thank you for everything Lou, this is all so amazing. And a suit looks really good on you.' I say winking. 'I know right, knew you couldn't resist me. Wow, Belle you are the prettiest girl I've ever seen. I'm happy you are finally mine. But... Now it's time for some wine and food for my lady. ' He pours me some wine and opens the pizza box. He knows exactly what I like. 'Classy Lou... You know how to charm a girl.' We laugh, talk and eat a bit, like we've always done. I want to feel like this forever.

Suddenly Louis gets up and walks towards the water. He starts taking off his clothes. 'Louis what are you doing?' I yell. 'Naked swimming.' He answers. 'Stop, that's crazy man. What if somebody sees you?' I say laughing at him. 'As far as I know, nobody comes here. Have you never done it before?' He asks me. 'Nope, not planning to either.' Louis runs into the water, naked. 'Pleaseeee, come in! It's not cold, I promise.' He begs me. My insecurity starts to take over... What if he thinks I'm ugly? 'What are you waiting for' he yells. Ah screw it, I'm doing this. 'Okay! But! Don't look! Or I'll kill you.' He laughs, turns around and covers his eyes. 'I'm waiting.' He says playfully. Quickly I get undressed and get into the water. It's not cold, like Louis said. 'I'm here.' Louis turns around and starts swimming towards me. I swim away from him. 'You're naked, keep your distance dude' I say laughing with tears. Of course Louis swims faster than me, so playing chase won't last long. He grabs my hips and turns me around. He is so close. His hand moves up and softly puts a stroke of wet hair that was hanging in front of my face, behind my ear. I feel his breath against my cheek. My heartbeat in racing, he can probably hear it. He bites his lip, looking a bit nervous. 'I don't know what you're doing to me, but it makes me crazy' he whispers and then finally kisses me.
