Previously:

"Oi. Are you sure, this is where you heard the sound?"

"Yes, I'm quite sure."

"Hey! I can hear a river up ahead!"

"Hah! There's no way the impersonator got away because the currents of that river isn't as mild as you think!"

'Great... now how he is going to get to the other side of this river...?'

Usually, he could just use his gloves to generate flames that will fly him across but since he's weak, he can't... stupid side effects...

Tsuna sighed in defeat. He's doomed...

"HELP!!!"

Tsuna looked around. 'Where did that sound came from...?'

"Help!" it yelled again "Anybody, please help me!!!"

The brunette looked to his right. 'It came from this side...'

'Someone needs help...' he glanced behind his back 'but if I don't get out of here... I'm going to get caught...'

"Help!!!"

Tsuna shook his head. 'Someone's in trouble... I better help that person first'

Despite his weak body, he ran as fast as he can, towards the voice.

As he run, he glances at the river. 'T-The currents in this part of the river is strong... there might be some kind of waterfall at the end...'

When he reached the voice, Tsuna's eyes widened.

"Help!"

There, in the raging water of the river, was a girl clutching on a rock, trying her best not to be washed away by the water.

"H-Help!" she choked "S-Someone...!"

She started coughing and her grasp on the rock was loosening. 

"Hel- *cough* m-me! *cough*"

Tsuna narrowed his eyes. He better save that girl or else she'll be washed away by the strong currents and probably drown.

The brunette looked around. 'There must be something I can use that might help me rescue that girl...'

And for the first time, luck seemed to side with him. Near the river bank was a broken boat.  And beside the broken boat was a rope.

He took the rope. 'This is my plan... I'm going to tie this rope around a tree trunk and the other end around my waist...'

The brunette started tying the rope on a nearby tree before tying it around his waist.

'Then I'm going to jump on the water, using the rocks to help me from being washed away, and go rescue the girl...'

When he was sure that the rope was in place, he immediately jumped on the raging water.

'T-This River is really cold...' Tsuna thought and shivered as his body came in contact with the cold water.

"H-Help...!"

Tsuna pushed his way through the strong currents as he tries his best to hold on to the rocks.

The river wasn't that deep. It's just that the currents were strong and if you were washed away, you'll either drown or be crushed by the rocks.
