Back story : (you and Gareth have a mutual friend and that's how you guys know each other, but you both had a crush on each other for the longest time and one day sort of out of the blue he acts on it. Even something he didn't expect to happen.)
Gareth's POV: " just talk to them already it's honestly getting painful." Eddie says in an extremely exaggerating tone.
I just give him this embarrassed look and roll my eyes. " but what if-" I try saying before bitch ass Eddie interrupts me by saying
" No What Ifs... Perfect timing they're right there." then he pushes me really hard and I almost go flying into them but thankfully I didn't.
My eyes bug out and I say " Hi" Then look back at Eddie who's giving me the thumbs up with an evil smirk, and I'm giving him the finger in return.
Until they reply saying "Hello!" In the sweetest tone ever, that it almost makes me want to melt into the floor.
Y/n 's POV: He just keeps looking at me and saying absolutely nothing so it's honestly getting awkward for both of us until he blurts out almost in a yelling tone
" Do you want to maybe go out sometime?!" My cheeks are as red as tomatoes and my hands are sweaty as ever.
When I was trying to say yes god yes! It came out as "Uh-uhm" and his face kind of reeks of confusion and anxiety.
Then he replies " sorry, just forget it." while speed walking down the hall.
When I finally realize what just happened to the full extent I am Immediately start sprinting down the hall yelling
"GARETH WAIT YOU FOOL!" Finally catching up to him, extremely out of breath I stop an attempt to catch my breath.
"W-what?" He stutters in an embarrassed tone. Without thinking I grab his face, and kiss him. After many long seconds I say
" yes, I would love to go out with you."
