"Oh hey Benny."
Ethan had been paying more attention to Sarah lately. It made me sad and upset. Ethan is my best friend, and I'm scared he's going to ditch me for her. I just shrug and walk away I'm too tired to cry. I play the rest school off as if I'm fine. Finally after 8 hours it's over with and I walk home. Sometimes I have my grandma pick me up but I like having the personal time.
I slump down on the couch when I get home.
"Girl trouble?"
"I guess."
"Oh I know what will fix that!"
I already knew what she was going to say and I didn't give a shit.
"Your favorite muffins!"
See? It's fucking annoying.
"No thanks grandma not hungry"
I walk up to my room and lay down in my bed. Tears form at my eyes and roll sideways down my face. Just another normal night.
