'Thoughts.'
"Speak."

To say Barbara was worried was an understatement. When she came back to the room at night you were no where to be found and one of the window frames had fallen on Bennett's head. He wasn't injured, it was just stuck on him, and they both had a very hard time getting it of him. Currently, it was still stuck on him and Barbara was about to mentally break down from your escaping shenanigans.

You had left the mess of rocks and and exploded tree from your training session for someone else to deal with. As you made your way to the closest entrace back into mondstadt, you thought more about what you were going to do. You could leave Aether to complete the storyline while you find a home as someone's pet, stay as a wild cat or join him in his adventures. Now that you were actually LIVING in genshin impact, you were no longer restricted by the game's rules and could basically do whatever and you even had knowledge of the future! Thing was... you could barely remember shit about khaenriah. What made this even worse was the fact that you really wanted to go there. The idea sounded fun. "Sounds fun enough. Alright then, my goal is to reach khaenriah." You have no idea what you were thinking when deciding this but oh well.

"Aether ends up getting more and more encounters with the abyss. If I join him, it should be easy enough to get there." You remembered what had happened when you tried to knock over the holy lyre. Currently, they should be discussing at the tavern with Jean on how to get it back. When you passed through one of the entrances, you made your way to Angel's share to eavesdrop on them. And it turns out you were right. They were just about to leave for the fatui base. You shouldn't have trouble following them. The only dead giveaway that it was you was the star marking on your forehead.

You hid underneath one of the chairs as Diluc and Aether exited the tavern. When they got further from you, you began to follow them by brisk walking from one place to another, hiding in various bushes and bahind barrels, pots and other stuff to avoid getting caught by them. When they left mondtadt you simply hid in the foliage.

Currently, you were in the fatui base. While they were busy with the lyre, you looked around the base for notes about kheanriah and the fatui. So far, all you found was crates, fatui agents, hay, and trapped mosters. Nothing of note. As you searched in one of the rooms Diluc and Aether had just been in. You found some hidden paper documents about getting archon gnosis but 99% of the time it was about venti's gnosis. There were only like, two about Zhongli's and zero for Ei's. You were about to leave until a dirty scrap of paper caught your eye.

It was under one of of the crayes and it was just barely stocking out. You would have ignored it if you didn't notice the writing on it. You pushed the crate off of the paper and tried to read it. The paper warn worn out and dirty with the writing just barely readable. You had to squint your eyes and focus your sight quite a bit to even make sense of the words. Your face was extremely close to the paper as your started reading it but it was just that hard to read. You could make out some parts but the rest were too old and worn to read.

"They are planning... ask their... for a... worried... can go wrong... y/n might... me..."

You widened your eyes at the mention of your name. "Why is my name there? Wha... how does someone already know my name if I just came here not too long ago?..." Your ears flattened against your head. How did someone get your name? You don't remembered telling anyone. "Unless... someone already knows about me. Someone knows I'm not a normal cat." Your tail swished back and forth as you thought about who could possibly know that you were not normal. With how bad the condition of the paper was you were guessing it had been written many many years ago, so the person has to be old.
