📍Home📍 Nina "JAMESSSS ARE YOU READY YET?", I asked as I yelled from downstairs while getting Bailee dressed. Today the block was helping us hold our annual neighborhood block fair. Neighbors and our community would come out and help raise money for the kids staying in shelters in the Bronx. "Go on without me I'll be behind you", he replied as I rolled my eyes and gathered Bailee and Capri's bags and headed towards the front door. I got in my truck and drove to the neighborhood park to help finish setting up for the fair. ~30 minutes later ~ "Junior be careful with my granddaughta", I said to a child that was playing with Bailee,"girl where is your son and Mila?They're such a cute couple", a neighbor asked,"oh honey, they aren't together anymore", I replied,"really?", she asked,"yes ma'am they broke up after Mila told him she was pregnant", I stated,"oh wow",she replied with a worried look on her face "yeah", I replied after I realized I used the wrong choice of words."I'm sorry will you excuse me", I stated as I held Capri in my arms and walked towards Danica and Dereck. "You guys don't know it, but y'all just saved me from slipping up and telling our children's business", I stayed before chuckling nervously,"yeah, what's new?", Danica stated as she turned her attention to Capri,"it's good to see you guys out here", I stated as I smiled,"I mean this is our community too", Danica replied. Ever since our children have been together me and Danica have never seen eye to eye, but I could see why, my son wasn't shit and was horrible to her daughter. Mila had the thought of putting Elijah on child support, but I didn't support it so I had a few words with her and me and her mother also ended up getting into it. I laughed at her stupid ass and turned my attention to my child who was chasing her uncle,"not that it's any of your business, but he had to work, he's on his way not that, again it's any of your business", I stated as I held a smile on my face. "Well, look at my Bailee she's getting bigger and bigger everyday, what are you feeding her?", Kelly asked,"bitch", Lani interrupted before I could say anything,"Heyy sis", I stated as I hugged her then she hugged Star,"when did you get back?", I asked,"a few hours ago, you know I couldn't miss the neighborhood fair", she replied as she pushed Kelly out the way so she could sit next to me. "Tell me, how was ATL?", I asked,"greattt, they love me sis, I think I wanna keep up with this music thing", she replied as she smiled.
