Chapter 2

Chaeyoung knocks on Jisoo's door, then goes inside. Jisoo was sitting on her bed, reading.

"How are you feeling?" Chaeyoung asked.

"Fine." Jisoo replied in a small voice.

Chaeyoung was about to walk out of her room to make some breakfast until Jisoo grabs her arm which makes her wince in pain.

"Are you okay?" Jisoo asked in concern. "What happened to your arm?"

"I just fell down, I'm too clumsy." Chaeyoung replied.

She didn't want Jisoo to worry about her, she didn't want Jisoo to stop her from protecting her.

Jisoo slowly, but carefully rolled up Chaeyoung's sleeve. It was bruised. She grabbed some ointment and applies it on Chaeyoung's arm. She grimaces in pain while Jisoo helps her apply the ointment on.

"Thanks." Chaeyoung said while rolling down her sleeve. "Are you sure you're okay?" Chaeyoung asked again.

Jisoo nods, not wanting Chaeyoung to get worried for her.

"I'll go make breakfast then." Chaeyoung said before walking out of Jisoo's room.

Chaeyoung looks at her bruised arm then blushes, remembering the moment Jisoo was holding her arm. The look on Jisoo's face. She was so beautiful, so delicate. Even a moment so small, was so special and sophisticated.

Jennie walks out of her bedroom with the boy that Jisoo saw her with yesterday.

She really has no shame. Chaeyoung thinks to herself.

Jennie walks behind Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung bit her lip.

"What do you want?" Chaeyoung asked her bitterly.

"Why that attitude?" Jennie teased. She clenched Chaeyoung's wrist. Chaeyoung turned around.

"I know you like Jisoo." Jennie said with a smirk.

"What are you going to do about it?" Chaeyoung asked.

"The question is, what are you going to do about it." Jennie chuckles a little before returning to her room.
