Ch:3 Outburst

Lucas was getting close to Marinette previously athanasia but he can't understand what is wrong with these fools here.

"Felix!" Athy/Mari called out. they had been quite close these days. He awfully reminds her of someone. She would love to ignore him like the others but he seems to be the only sane one among her class mates. It's weird. At first almost no one liked Lila but all of a sudden everyone just swarms around at first she doubted it was pity but then she realized. Lila told everyone what they wanted to hear and some people loved to hear more about when another person was hurt rather than their own problems. She wasn't any better she herself ran away from her past. but for them it was as if after hearing a fantasy forever staying there. It is something that happens to mostly everyone when you like a story too much you change that story manipulate it however you want. It was solely why so many fan fictions and just plain stories exist. She can think about it later but she was LATE for class and she seriously needed to hurry inside. And what was this idiot doing outside does he want to be late!?

"WHY ARE YOU STANDING HERE DO YOU WANT TO BE LATE FOR CLASS!?" She whisper yelled.

Felix simply looked up and showed her his phone. "Huh? Why are you showing me this?"

"Idiot look at the time we still have around 20 minutes left." 

"Ah... Eh? Haaaah!?" Tikki lied to her. She really had the urge to open her pouch and teach a certain kwami and then open her bag and teach all the others a lesson. 

"Sorry for yelling earlier I thought we were late" Mari said as she starts walking inside the school.

"ya Princess you had me scared there" Felix/Lucas said in a teasing tone.

These words made Mari still for a second as she looked at the boy's face he had a teasing smirk and was visibly close to her. Even though he was just teasing it just feels weird to be called princess again after such a long time. (A/N: idk if ChatNoir actually calls mari Princess in canon cause I forgot, but let's pretend he doesn't)

"Hey I was just teasing you" Felix said as he caught up to her.

"I Know"

That was all they spoke until they reached the classroom. Their seats were changed as Ofcourse as usual Lila sat in the front with Adrien followed by Nino and Alya in the second row. The rest also sticked as close as they could to Lila. So she opt to take a seat next to Felix and Ms. Bustier had asked her to help him catch up. So here she was sitting in the Back row with her new friend.

It wasn't a bad view really. You could see the whole class from here and it was good for observing. After all if anyone got akumatised it was most likely someone from her class. It did help her a lot when she knew who it was. Chat was a weird case at some point he strongly hated or disliked Lila but now he is singing praises of her. It makes her wonder if he is one 'them' (Referring to her classmates).

Lucathy's attention moves towards Lila though they wouldn't usually pay attention to her bickering. She was just speaking so loudly that it was hard not to hear her.

"My mom is so annoying, Like I told I didn't need it but she still bought me the new xinsertsupercutefashionclothingx She always comes in between I feel like she doesn't understand that I'm grown up" 

Mari clenched her fists some of the crowd agreed with Lila. She looked at the crowd she saw some who looked like all what she told was true to them. These were friends? Then she is glad that in her life(s) she only had Lucas and now maybe Felix as her friend. Although Alya was not cheering Lila like others she seems to try to fit in with that comment. This only made Mari More enraged. She was clenching her fists more tightly now her knuckles nearly white. Her thoughts in a mess. Why can't they accept their mothers, atleast they have theirs. If my mom was here would I be like this too?

She couldn't take Lila's words anymore so she was ready to get up and slap her she might want to forget her past but regardless of it she was still Athanasia De Alger Obelia a princess who in by any means won't let such insolent fools anywhere near her. As though he could hear her thoughts she heard the boy next to her mumble profanities and he looked like he was ready to kill Lie-la. Though when she did decide to move he laid a hand on her shoulder and said- "watch the show" Show? what show?

Chloe has had enough! How can this petty girl say that about their own mother. Atleast her mother cares for her. While Chloe's? She doesn't even remember her name. And she even looked back to say if all the idiots were agreeing and surprisingly the only ones with scorned faces were the two in the back both of them looked angry. She saw her sister's face she was looking down. By any means she didn't think she would ever agree on something dupain-cheng also agrees on. But seeing this she didn't stay rooted in her spot. 

Chloe grabbed her starbucks or whatever drink she prefers opened it's lid and walked sideway where Lila was sitting she poured it straight down her hair and flinged the bottle at her face. 

"Chloe what are you doing!?" Surprisingly it was Adrien. Adrien was supporting this bish- Chloe couldn't stand it anymore  she yelled-

"What do you mean why!? She is talking bad about a mother and her own in fact she is not even grateful for it. Not everyone is blessed to have a good mother and this scum is shaming her mother for being nice!? At this point Chloe was trying to hold back her tears. She looked at Adrien with anger and somewhat of hatred in her eyes. "Adrikkins no Adrien of all the people I thought would support her in such a matter you were never on this list." 

"Chloe...." Zoe her sister called but she just pushed her arm away and left the class. 

And Lie-la like always was crying. 

"The others seem to have forgotten what just happened as they were trying to calm Liela down.

But... Mari wasn't having this for all she knew chloe reminded her a lot of her past self only having her father though her situation was different with her mother they were mostly not present for their lives.

So she had enough with their Shi- and before she could do anything Felix told her " Go"

She nodded and Said in a loud tone "Enough" It was surprisingly calm and the area in classroom chilled it was cold. They looked up to see Marinette glaring at them. They all experienced a shiver down their backs she walked down from her seat and left through the door without a word but for the rest of the day no one said anything about her.

Marinette had only one thought at the moment she needed to find Chloe and maybe talk to her even if it meant exposing her identity. She knew the pain of not having a parent present and as the older one amongst them she feels the need to comfort her.

Lucas looks at this event. He doesn't know what to think of it as a person who lost their father not mother but it still hurt a lot.
