I wake up and I smell the coffee. I go to the kitchen where my mom and brother are. "hey y/n Finney is having a game today so we are gonna go to it." Robin said. "Ok well i'm gonna get ready" "Ok" i heard Robin say while I was going to my room. I thought of how when we talk he talks so softly I don't like it when he's awfully quiet he doesn't talk much.
Time skip
Me and Robin are cheering for Finney but deep down Bruce know's i'm cheering for him also. He know's my brother Robin is right next to me because sometimes I start to cheer for him. Finney pitches. It's a strike. He does it again. Another strike. 3rd time is a charm. Right? Finney pitches. Bruce hits a home run. Me and Robin get up to go congratulate Finney for trying. I tell Bruce to meet me up at the park.
Time skip again.
Me and Bruce are at the park and its silent between us. Bruce finally speaks "I think I would be the worst pitcher ever". I reply saying "you never know until you try it. Why are you always so quiet? You know you don't have to keep quiet right?" "I know" he says "And I know it makes you nervous. But I promise you it's worth it to show them everything you kept inside. Don't hide" I say. "Let's go to my house ok?" He asked. "Ok"
Time skip to when we get to his house.
You guys go up to his room and you look out his window. Snow you see snow. That's why it was so cold. But you won't let the snow in. "Bruce look snow" "wow... that's really pretty" "I know come on let's go play in it". Me and Bruce run put the house. I grab Bruce's hand and we both fall into the snow. "Did I ever tell you how beautiful you are!" Bruce tells me. "I- I" I am stuttering and trying to find words. "Hey y/n can I ask you something?" "Y-yeah anything" "I really like you and I was wondering if-" "if what?" I ask him. Is he finally gonna ask me to be his girlfriend? "Will you be my girlfriend?" "Yes I would love to" He leans in and kisses me. I kiss him back. This is just what happens when you come out and play.
