So I was going to shift last night, it didn't work ofc. But I did write a fr script and here it is

I wake up in my dr room. I've slept in a bit longer than I should have, Charlie spring comes in my room to wake me up bc I have school. I am jazz spring. I jump out of bed and get into my uniform for school, I run downstairs and grab an apple. I go to pick up my gf at her house so we can walk to school together. We get to school and walk into first period with mr hutchens We get the math lesson over with and go on about our day. My best friend Sophia is in my dr, I bump into nick Nelson. Charlie is already out to the whole school so I just tell him hi and walk to my next class. I'm 17. When me and Charlie get home he goes up to his room oddly quickly. I don't think anything of it, hes probly ok. I walk by his room to get to my room and I hear him crying and asking himself what is 'wrong with me' over and over and over again. I walk in his room and he's cut himself. 3 deep cuts in his wrist. I just stand there, my heart breaks. I walk to him and hug him and ask him what happened. Him and nick got into an argument and nick just walked away and avoided him for the rest of the day. That makes me angry but I tend to Charlie's needs first. I got to the bathroom and grab a wet cloth, I take it over to him and place it on his wrist and squeeze a little to stop all the bleeding. He makes a sss noise from his mouth. I hug him again. He tells me he's okay now and I believe him and go off to my room and take of this uniform. Then I hear the doorbell I yell out "ILL GET IT" and I open the door and it's Nick. Nick knows about Charlie and his eating disorder and his cutting. I tell him "do u know what You have done.  Charlie isn't okay after what u did, u left him and then avoided him. Do u know what he did when he came home. I bet u don't bc ur stupid and clueless. He was asking himself 'what is wrong with me' over and over and over again. He should have said that to u. Not himself. U better go and apologize" he nods his head says sorry and walks up to Charlie's room. They talk it out, I can hear them from my room making out at this point. He walks in my room a bit later after I heard them literally having sex. He comes into my room with a smile and says 'it went well' as soon as he walks out of my room shuts the door and goes back to his own, our parents get home with tori and Oliver. It's 10 at night and I fall asleep waking up in my cr.

That's what was going to be my dr I used the eleven method and it worked but as soon as I was all disolvey and a big glob of nothing about to shift my cat jumped on my and scared me in my cr so I woke up from the state of whatever. And then I couldn't do it for the rest of the night. It took me and hour to get to that point. Anyways here's the eleven method
1. Get a blindfold to put over ur eyes. Anything to keep any light out. Then put on white noise, yo make it work better use headphones and blast that shit.
2. Imagine yourself in a black place with a shallow water, like eleven when she listens to static. Imagine a clone of you from your dr reaching out at you. Reach out at it like a mirror, when you touch u are going to merge into one person. Give yourself permission to shift "I give myself permission to shift"
3. Look at your self in a mirror in your dr room. Walk around and use your 5 senses. Get into your dr bed and fall asleep. When you wake up you will be in your dr.
Also before u fall asleep your going to go into a dream like state where ur body isn't your body u feel numb. Like nothing. Whatever your laying on in your cr is gone. Whatever your touching you can't feel. Soon your going to feel grounded that's when you open your eyes take the blindfold off and then boom your in your dr.
