Chapter 10:Accident or Casualty

Pov clementine

I would analyze my surroundings, there was no trace of Aj, Cj or Y/N. There was only Ellie, this was something distressing and what if they had died in the accident?.

I took the tape off my hand and sat up in bed to get up, I had to get out of here, I had to find them.

I went over to Ellie and shook her awake, praying that she was alive.

Clementine: Ellie?...ELLIE?!

Ellie would get up in surprise, as she sat up in bed and put her guard up.

Clementine: Hey, hey, it's me.

After the initial surprise she would react and relax

Ellie: Oh Clementine it's you

Clementine: Yes, it's me.

I would note that she had a cheek patch and appeared to have not been tied.

Ellie seemed to be looking around the room for something or someone.

Ellie: Where are the others? Where are we?

I would turn around to scan the room and situation as I answered

Clementine: I don't know.
I only know that I will find them

I would hear the bed creak and when I turned around, Ellie was standing stretching some limbs.

Ellie: Count me in

I would give her a smile of thanks and nod her head.

We would both inspect the room before trying to leave.

Ellie: You hit yourself pretty hard, didn't you?

I would turn to answer her, then I would see the medicine cabinet practically empty

Clementine: Yes

I would touch the bandage on my head

Clementine: I know.

Ellie: Are you okay?

She would say with a concerned tone

Clementine: Yes, I am, don't worry.

Ellie: Where the hell are we?

Clementine: I don't know. Let's find out

Ellie nodded with a smile and both of us would continue investigating.

We didn't have our things and they didn't seem to be here so we decided to leave.
Ellie would approach the door to leave, although I would quickly stop her to which Ellie would be surprised

Ellie: What?

Clementine: Slow down.

She would nod and take a deep breath before trying, she tried a first time and so many times frantically before giving up.

Ellie: Blocked

Clementine: Shit.

I would sigh exasperated

Clementine: Well... let's see how to get out of here

Ellie: I'll try to force it open.....gently. You try to find something to force her.....even more gently

I would nod and go find that item that will get us out of here.

After a few minutes I would go back to inspect the closet, in case I had missed something.
I would take a better look at it and BINGO, I would see that something protruded from the top, it looked like a box, I tried to reach it without success
