Chapter 4: My Bloody Valentine 3D

2020

The next day.

Hell.

It was Monday, and so work at the IMP office was about to begin. So far, Loona was the first to show up for work.

As Loona was waiting for everyone to come in, she was thinking. Today was a very special day for her. It was her and Max's anniversary.

It had been exactly a year since they proclaimed their love for each other and shared their first kiss at a high school dance that they crashed.

And Loona was worried.

What if Max didn't remember? What if he didn't care?

She was so deep in her thoughts that she didn't hear when the door to the office opened.

And she was only snapped out of her thoughts when Max came behind her and hugged her to himself.

"M-Max?" Loona squeaked.

Max kissed the back of her neck. "Happy anniversary, my love."

Loona blushed and her heart nearly burst with her love for Max. "You remembered..."

Max smiled. "I will never forget. I love you too much to forget such a special day."

Loona turned around to face him. "I love you too..."

The two lovers kissed. The kiss started out innocent and gentle, but quickly became something more. Just a few moments later, they were heatedly making out on the office table.

Max went lower to kiss and nibble on Loona's neck, and she moaned and then-

"Awwwwww!" Blitzo said.

Blushing madly, Max and Loona looked towards the entrance to the office where Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie just entered without Loona and Max hearing.

Max and Loona immediately got off the table, blushing.

"It's not... we weren't..." Loona got out.

"You don't need to explain yourself, Loonie!" Blitzo said. "I know you kids are just horny. That's alright!"

Max and Loona blushed even more.

"Anyways..." Blitzo said, "It's your guy's anniversary, right?"

"How did you know?" Max asked.

"Oh please!" Blitzo said. "I always remember the day when my little Loonie got a boyfriend!"

Loona growled. Max kissed the top of her head to calm her down.

"So anyways," Blitzo continued, "I was thinking that today, in celebration of Max and Loona's anniversary, we go and crash some high school Valentine's dance in the human world!"

Max looked at the M&M's to see if they were in on this.

"Sorry," Moxxie mouthed. Millie just smiled.

Max looked at Loona. She nodded.

"Fine." Max said.

Blitzo cheered. "Alright, everyone get clothes to fit in with high schoolers at a dance! Meet back here in two hours!"

Two hours later.

Max, Blitzo, and the M&M's were in the appropriate attire and waiting at the IMP office. Loona hadn't arrived yet.

Max was pacing while waiting for her.

Suddenly, the door to the office opened, and in walked Loona. And once again, Max could swear his heart stopped.

Loona was wearing the same blue dress that she wore on that day, one year ago, when Max truly fell in love with her.

Loona blushed. "I knew from last year that you liked this dress, so I figured that- EEP!"

Loona was caught off guard by Max sweeping her into a loving embrace and kissing her passionately on the lips.

Max looked at her with nothing but love in his eyes. "You just made me fall in love with you all over again."

Loona blushed. "You mean it?"

Max leaned closer. "More than anything."

Blitzo cut in. "This is very adorable, but save some of the romance for the dance!"

Loona opened the portal for them all. Blitzo went in first, with Millie and Moxxie, hand in hand, following.

Max held his hand out for Loona. "Shall we, my love?"

Loona smiled. "Yes."

When the IMP crew entered the gymnasium, where the dance was, the slow dance had already started.

Max once again extended his hand to Loona. "May I have this dance, my love?"

Loona giggled and blushed. "Of course."

Moxxie and Millie also went to dance, and Blitzo retired to the snack table (although he wouldn't admit it, he was thinking about Stolas).

Max and Loona, hand in hand, moved into the center of the dance floor. Max held Loona close and they relaxed into a slow dance.

"It was this night, one year ago, that my life changed forever. Because now I have you. And your love." Max whispered.

Loona laughed softly. "You have no clue how terrified I was that night. When I asked if I could kiss you, I was so worried you'd hate me and push me away..."

Max looked in her eyes. "I would never do that to you, Loona. I love you. More than anything in all of Hell or Earth or whatever else is out there."

Loona's heart swelled with love. "I love you too, Max. You're my everything."

Max gazed lovingly into her eyes. "I'm the luckiest sinner in all of Hell to have you by my side."

Loona smiled. "I'm the luckiest hellhound in all of Hell to have you by my side."

Max laughed, and he hugged Loona and kissed her cheek.

Blitzo eventually got tired of seeing Max and Loona and the M&M's being all romantic so he got everyone to leave.

Once back to the IMP office, everyone got ready to leave, and Loona went home with Max.

Max and Loona had only stepped two feet inside of Max's apartment when Loona pounced on him, kissing him ferociously.

Max laughed at Loona's sudden eagerness. "Only so much we can do in front of Blitzo and the others, huh?"

Loona nodded. "I've been waiting all day for the two of us to be alone."

Max kissed her back and the two of them had just begun making out when Loona's stomach rumbled.

Max looked at her. "Are you hungry?"

Loona growled. "Ignore that... kiss me more..."

Max got up. "No way! I won't let my girlfriend starve! I'll make us something."

"Maaaaaaaaaax..." Loona whined, but she followed him into the kitchen.

Dinner was over, and Loona couldn't deny that she felt better.

After Max cleaned the dishes and put everything away, he turned to Loona. "Alright. Now we can do whatever you want."

Loona grinned mischievously. "You know what I want..."

After they had finished, Max pulled Loona close to him under the covers, taking comfort in the warmth of her naked body on his own. Loona sighed contentedly.

Max leaned in and whispered. "Thank you for a perfect day, Loona. I love you so much."

Loona smiled. "I love you too, Max. Thank you for being the best boyfriend a hellhound could ask for."
