Pete
Mom dropped me off after a long drive of encouraging words unreasonably tearing up and second thoughts
Anyway we parked right in front of the school and anyone could tell what type of school this was you'd think the movies lie but this school was just like any highschool in those stupid movies my sister's always made me watch you could easily tell the gangs the populars, the poison apples , the players , the bully's , the bullied , the dork, jocks , fakes, though in highschool everyone's fake except for me Peterson Collins Ill live highschool the way I want to and no one can say otherwise and it's doesn't matt..
"Pete" my mom cutting off my sweet imaginative speech
"yh " I replied rather concerned she had a smile on her face but I knew it was fake I could see the fear hidden in her eyes
" I remember when you were just three and now look at you your going to highschool your all grown up and your becoming more of a teenager so it's okay to if you're going through some stuff and you need to talk about it with someone like clothes and boys and sex", woaaah mum no chill I'm not going to need that talk but I still love to be part of the breakup talks you have with Gabby , Rachel Chloe and surprisingly ruby don't you think we should be worried about her but I'm fine mom you shouldn't worry about me these kids can't bully me I'll break them I'll just be myself its always worked for me and I know it's the best I can be I won't let anyone manipulate me besides it's impossible and the last thing you should worry about are boys or seee ugh I can't even say it I know I'm going to highschool but I'm still your loud innocent enthusiastic parents pet mom I can handle it I'm your daughter after all, I said giving a giggle
" You are aren't you thanx sweety I'm fine go get them "my mom stated calmly with unfallen tears before she ambushed me with an expected hug it was comforting and reassuring i was already confident about today but it was encouraging I'm pretty that's what she wantedI gently came down from the car and waved my mom goodbye and continued waving and screaming love you till her car was out of sight I always did stuff like that in public I always sang out loud and danced to ant song I heard my siblings thought I was an attention seeker but that wasn't it I just couldn't resist dancing to a catchy song you blame me so I just wore heard phones when ever I went out and you'd think that would help bit it did instead people took me for a mad person cause I'd randomly yell the words of the song atleast thats how it sounded to them since they weren't listening to what I was hearing point I really didn't care what people thought about me I make my personality known everywhere I go so I won't be taken for granted something I think developed on me because of my height but I didn't let it get to me,
I continued waving and shouting love you until well until I stopped I bet that got me strange stares but these kids ain't seen nothing yetI walked the deadly halls of highschool and I get why they call this place hell there were eyes everywhere like I was a firework show or something I mean have these people not seen a black short tumboy before they act like I'm some alien or something their stare was toxic and irritating I actually held a stare with one girl and it was obviously akward for her so she ran off like I held a gun against her or something and it just made everyone stare even more at me what is wrong with these man was this really uncomfortable no wonder Gabby was freaking out and now I get why Chloe cared it was so unusual ofcourse she cared I mean look at these people they all look broken or zombified they just stared at me like they were waiting for something wait a minute were they waiting for to make a fool of my self they are oh my gosh how jobless can this teens be they wanted me to embarrass myself it all made no sense to me all I could tell was that I was being watched but that was none of my concern I just went straight for my locker and went straight to class
