Dr. Summers: "So... lie down here and clear your stomach."
The nice doctor led Harumi to a couch. Skylor, who had accompanied her best friend, sat down next to her, smiling.
"Hey. Everything will be fine Rumi Girl..."Harumi smiles back.
Dr. Summers turned before walking out the door. "I'm just going to get something."
The girls nodded.
"Rumi?"
"Yes?"
"You've got to tell Lloyd. He's worried about you. He thinks you might be sick."
"He'll find out tomorrow. I've thought of something." She smiled at Skylor. "You mean... As a very special birthday present?"
Harumi smiled mysteriously. Skylor laughed. "He'll look!" Both laughed.
Dr. Summers re-entered the treatment room. "So. Are you ready?" Harumi nodded. The doctor distributes the sonogel (the gel used in ultrasound) on Harumi's stomach, which is already growing slightly.
She took the device and turned on the screen.She circled Harumi's entire stomach and took a few pictures with the ultrasound machine."It seems like you are in the 4th month."Harumi only heard the doctor a little. She stared happily at the screen most of the time."Wow! We haven't had that for so long!" the doctor marveled."What? Is something wrong with the kid?!"
Skylor took Rumi's hand and squeezed it lightly, noticing her best friend tense.
"No, everything is fine." She smiled.
Skylor and Harumi breathed a sigh of relief."Then what is it? What haven't you had for a long time?"The doctor smiled. "Mrs. Montgomery Garmadon?" She started saying.
"You are expecting triplets."
Harumi just looked at the doctor in shock.After a few minutes, however, she started smiling again. "Wow..." was the only thing she could say.
Skylor squeezed her best friend's hand enthusiastically.The three women looked at the pictures and decided on one.

"I'm going to print the picture. You can wipe off the gel until then." She smiled and gave Harumi a towel.
A few minutes later, the two girls were making their way to Skylor's car. Harumi held the first picture of the triplets in her hand the whole time.She kept saying something like "Wow..." or "I still can't believe it...". Then a few tears of joy rolled down her rosy cheeks.
