Chapter 16: 1st day @ Manila

Xiumin's POV

We are now here sitting at our seats on the plane which is now about to take off "please buckle your seatbelt tightly, we are about to take off" the flight steward said and we buckled our seat belts and the plane took off, before we left I change into some casual clothes. Minutes later I felt something heavy fell on my shoulders and I looked at it and found Jae sleeping peacefully, I just let her be while I stayed wide awake waiting for the plane to land.

2 hours later

"Please wait for the seatbelt sign to be turned off before standing up and getting your baggages out, thank you" the steward said and the plane landed safely "we have landed at the intenational airport of manila, thank you for flying with us have a nice night" she said again and the seatbelt sign turned off and I woke Jae up "yeobo-ah we're here" I said and she woke up and I removed her seatbelt and took out our hand carry baggages and went out of the plane, we intertwined our hands and waited for our luggage and hailed a cab "where to?" The driver asked as he got in from placing our bags at the trunk "to resorts world manila please" Jae said and the driver started driving.

When we arrived I gave 2 dollars to the driver and we took out our baggages from the trunk and entered the hotel and we went to the front desk "reservations from Mr. Park?" I asked "here you go sir, your floor will be at the 13th, room number 365" he said as he handed me the key "thanks" I said and we went to the elevator and Jae pressed the 13th button and we waited til we arrive at our floor. When we arrived at the 13th floor we instantly found the 365 room, I opened the door and let Jae enter and I followed and locked the door "wow! This place is big" Jae said as she lay down on the bed and sat up instantly and removed her heels and massaged her foot "ouch! My feet hurts" she said and I sat beside her and grabbed her right foot and massaged it "aigoo you don't have to do that oppa" she said and lay down on the bed and I leaned down an inch away from her lips "why can't I?" I asked and gave her a peck "lets go to sleep, I'm tired" I said and she nodded, I turned off the lights and lay down beside her after removing my shoes and hugged her "oppa, I heard that there's an ice skating rink here" she said "jinja? In this hot weather?" I asked kind of surprised "neh, I read it a day ago and its located at the mall of asia can we go there oppa? I miss skating" she said "arraseo, let's sleep" I said and we drifted off to sleep.

The next day

Minhee's POV

I woke up in the arms of my husband, I looked at him and he looked like an angel that happened to fell from above, he groaned and slowly opened his cute eyes "good morning oppa" I said and hugged him "good morning yeobo ah" he said and hugged me back then we pulled away after minutes "I'm gonna go prepare breakfast, you should go and wash up"I said as I stood up from the bed and he followed and gave me a peck on the lips and grabbed his towel and went to the bathroom while I arranged the sheets of the bed and went to the kitchen and baked his favorite baozi.

30 minutes later, the baozi is cooked at the same time xiumin oppa went out of the room, he hugged me from the back and nuzzled on my neck "what's for breakfast yeobo?" He asked "your fave" I said and place the platter of baozi on the table "your home made baozi!" He cheered and sat in front of me "correct! Let's eat so we can go Ice skating" I said and we started eating, after eating he volunteered to wash the plates since he finished preparing himself so I let him be and took my bath. After taking a bath I wore a blue dress on the knee level and did my hair into a bun, I applied a thin layer of BB cream and wore my sneakers, xiumin oppa also wore a blue shirt, black jacket, and pants. We went out of the apartment with our phone and money, I locked the door of our apartment and we hailed a cab, we entered the cab "where to?" The driver asked "please take us to the Mall of asia" xiumin said and the driver nodded and started driving "oppa, how many days will we stay here?" I asked him "only 3 days, abeoji texted me" he said and I nodded then looked at the window and spotted Manila ocean park "excuse me? What's manila ocean park?" I asked the driver "its a very nice place for the tourists, marine animals from different places are trained there but that place isn't just about marine animals it also includes land and air animals, it has more shows" the driver explained "thanks" I said and he nodded "do you want to go their yeobo?" Xiumin oppa asked "let's go there tomorrow for now I want to go ice skating" I said and he nodded "we're here" the driver said and we mumbled our thanks and paid for the fair and then went inside the mall and looked for the skating rink.

As we found the skating rink, we instantly paid for the tickets and rented skating shoes in our perfect size, I chose to wear a blue one, Xiumin oppa also chose the blue one too. Since its a bit early in the morning, there are less people in the mall which means we havethe place for ourselves "kaja" I told oppa and we went to the skating rink, we went in and started skating whilst doing some professional moves. When it was already lunch, Xiumin oppa and I stopped and rested "you didn't tell me that you're a good skater oppa"I said and he smiled "somethings can be very surprising, wanna go again?" I smiled and nodded.

We went in. AGAIN, and skated until it was getting dark outside. We ended our skating with a bow and I didn't notice that people are watching us. Embarrassed, Xiumin oppa and I went to the benches and sat down "hey" we looked at the person who's talking and saw that it was one of the trainors "hey" Xiumin oppa and I said "I saw what you performed out there, the two of you are really good" we bowed our heads "thank you" we both said in unison "I was wondering if the two of you could perform the swan lake, just for now" he pleaded "oppa, can we?" I did aegyo, he sighed and nodded.

We stood up and went to the skating rink again and the swan lake music played on the back ground, oppa and I started skating til the end and people were clapping.

When we finished, we went back to the benches and took off our rented skating shoes "thank you, you did well without mistakes" the trainir said and we nodded. We wore our shoes as we returned the skating shoes and ate dinner. After eating dinner, we rode a taxi and went back to the hotel.

As we are on the taxi, I yawned and placed my head on oppa's head "are you tired?" Oppa asked and I nodded "but I had fun, didn't you?" I asked him "I did, when I'm always with you" I giggled at his cheesiness. When we arrived, we payed the taxi driver and went to our room. I took off my shoes and laid down on the bed. Xiumin oppa turned off the lights and laid down beside me.

We hid under the covers and hugged each other "good night yeobo, saranghae" oppa whispered "good night oppa, nado saranghae" I replied and we drifted to our dreamland.
