Haunted Video (Working title)

Like I said I am posting this looking for feedback and constructive criticism. I hope you enjoy. 

(Fade in)

(There are two detectives in a room. One has been here for a while and this is the others first time actually dealing with a case this serious)

Detective: Mind if I smoke?

Newbie: N-not at all.

(Detective lights a cigarette then places a black box on the table)

Detective: You understand everything is going to be recorded right?

Newbie: Yes sir.

Detective. Good, lets get started. You have experience with... the supernatural correct? I've heard you talk about it a couple of times around the office.

Newbie: I researched it a lot when I was younger.

Detective: Ok, I have a video for you to watch. Their channel is full of those satire "this place is haunted" videos with things obviously on strings, bad editing, and people running around in sheets. But something about these events don't feel right, especially since the person in this video seems genuinely scared. Whatever is going on here isn't natural

Newbie: Maybe their just a good actor.

Detective: That's what I thought too... but just watch.

Newbie: Before I do how do I know you're not just trying to scare me?

(The detective tosses a file across the table)

Detective: Someone actually died in a brutal way at this house five years ago. And this person has been missing for over 3 months now.

(The detective pulls up a YouTube video. He clicks on it)

(Fade into next clip)

Jay: Hello to the girls, gays, theys, and the very small portion of cis-het men that follow me its everyone's favorite non-binary YouTuber Blue_Jay, you can call me Jay don't forget to like and subscribe if you like to watch me bullshitting around.

(Fade to black)

(Fade in)

Jay: Ok, today we are at this very haunted house. I heard someone died here a couple years back, don't worry I got permission from the cops to be here.

(Jay holds up a paper that says- I do what I want hoe)

Jay: See totally legit.

(Fade back into examination room)

Detective: They actually did get permission. Super chill about it too. You normally expect famous YouTubers as cheery as them to be assholes in real life but they were really sweet. The permit is in their file right now.

(Newbie pulls out a crinkled and dirty permit covered in bloody fingerprints)

Newbie: What the hell happened...?

Detective: Just watch

(Fade back into YouTube Video)

Jay: Ok before I get started I want to show you all the footage of me climbing over the chainlink fence around here because it is hilarious.

(Video plays)

Jay: Ok, as I do let me tell you what happened here. About 5 years ago someone named Junebug McCakehat broke in with the intent for a murder/robbery. What he didn't realize was the person living here was actually Alastor Moody and he got shot right in the d**k then three times in the chest and once in the head. I can hear all you boys crossing your legs right now.
