~~~YOUR POV~~~
you must've dozed off. You wake up, you don't know how long later, and find yourself in a strange house. Then you slowly remember everything that has happened. You feel the pain in your chest. It still hurts but not as much and you can breath easily. You look around and notice you are in a bed in what you assumed was Nialls bedroom. You remember falling asleep on the couch. Niall must've brought you here while you were asleep. But Niall is nowhere to be seen. You get up to go find Niall. You go through a hallway and find some stairs where you bump into Niall coming up with pizza for you and him. He seems startled to see you up.
"Oh...I didn't know if you were awake or not...I brought some pizza for you." he says handing you the plate.
"oh thank you." you reply. "can I use your washroom?" you ask. You were probably sleeping for a while and looked a mess. Niall shows you where the washroom is and you step in and close the door. You straighten your clothes and finger comb your hair. You leave the washroom and make your way back to his room. You find him eating pizza and turning on the radio. He starts singing along to "kid in a candy store". You sit down beside him. He looks so serious and nervous.
"whats the matter?" you ask.
"oh nothing. I'v just got a lot on my mind." He replies. You can see he's hiding something behind his back. What was it...a rose? No it couldn't be.
"y/n?" he asks looking right into your eyes.
"Yeah Niall?" you ask looking back.
"I've got to tell you something."
~~~NIALLS POV~~~
damn was she beautiful. And damn was I nervous. I had some last minute thoughts to forget about everything. But I didn't think I could handle just being her friend anymore. Maybe this was just crazy. We've been friends for only 2 days. But I had to tell her. She needed to know how much I cared about her.
"what is is Niall?" she asks looking at me in the eyes. I saw concern in them.
"I just want to tell you that...that jake guy...he didn't deserve anyone as precious as you. he wasn't there for you. you deserve someone who will worship you. someone who will love you with all his heart..." I took a deep breath and took the rose I had been hiding behind my back out. she immediately widened her eyes.
"...someone like me." There was no backing out now. I took one last breath, "I love you." I examined her face for a long time. She looked shocked. I new this was a stupid idea. I looked down more embarrassed than I'd ever been.
"nevermind." I said trying to act cool.
"Do you really mean that Niall?" she finally says.
"of course I do." I was blushing like crazy. But befor I new it she had her arms wrapped around me hugging and crying just a little bit.
"oh Niall I love you too." She whispers in my ear.
