"Lucky you better behave today okay!? Don't cause any trouble, Or else I'm not bringing you your favourite cookies" I said putting some food in the pot for lucky my pet parrot, who's obviously staring at me with is head tilt as if he's saying are you serious?

"You're staying inside the room today okay?no going out in the house and specially in the kitchen, i almost got homeless that day cause of you" I said grabbing my bag from the dressing table.

"What do you wanna say something?" Rising my one eyebrow up I asked.

"Lucky didn't..." i shut my eyes and inhale a deep breath at his sharp chirp.

"Oh yea? who ate all the chills that dad left outside for the dinner?" I asked "surely I wasn't neighbours cat was it?" Raising my eyebrows I said.

"Just stay in the room for today okay baby? I promise I'll the lunch woman for one extra cookie for you" i smile as he lucky start nodding in excitement, he'll do anything for our uni lunch cookies.

I give lucky a quick peck and run outside where Mina is waiting for me in her car, gosh I should also buy a car now I'm an adult and i passed my driving text almost a year ago.

"Hi, girl..."

"Feels like we're gonna miss our first class...Again!" mina said as she started the engine after giving me a nasty look on her face, which obviously made me smile the girl can't show how angry she's to save her life.

"Hey I'm sorry ok! You know what lucky did yesterday right?i had to make sure he don't do it again so dad won't kick both of us out and we don't have to crash at your place" I said give her apologetic look.

"You're more then welcome at my place but you know that very well that how much your dad loves you he won't let you come around for a sleepover so kicking you out will never happen"

Deep down this love of dad makes me feel special and happy that I've a dad who loves me unconditionally but at the same point it irritates me a little that I've to ask for permission from dad for everything. I'm a grown woman, I've plans of my own,i wanna stand on my own feet, I've told dad about my plans but he just said no, and said he can't let me be alone out there, sometimes I don't get it why's he so protective of me? From who is he trying to protect me, we moved here in Singapore when i was six years old but for some reason I don't remember anything not even mom, and dad have no pictures of her...

"You wanna stay in the car for the rest of the day?" I came out of my thoughts as I mina shake my arm slowly.

"Huh..no, let's go" i grab my bag from the floor and get out of the car still deep in my thoughts.

I got out of my university cafe shoving the cookies down in my bag when a sweet voice caught my attention, a smile crept on my face seeing my boyfriend hanbin infront of me.

"Hey, i thought maybe I should check up on you since you haven't replied to my calls and messages" he said with a smile, i gave him an apologetic look while tugging few strands of my hair behind my ear.

"I'm really sorry I'm phone was on silent and it was a busy day today so I didn't get a chance to check my phone" fidgeting with my bag i answer.

"Y/n don't feel bad I understand...umm I got you flowers." Flashing a charming smile he hold flowers to me, i couldn't help but smile in return I'm sure my face is pink cause I feel the blood rush to my face.

He look so handsome straight out of fashion magazine tall, masculine,sharp nose, cheekbones, visible jawline,rosy lips and that sexy grin, fuck...Other then his good looks he's also a good man,respectful passionate for his work, we met in a night club two months ago not a very idol place to meet someone at least for a person like me who strongly believe in those magical fairytale stories, He told me on that night that he's starting a business here and is new to this country so I push my fantasy of meeting my boyfriend in a coffee shop or in a flower shop back. I'm happy that I have a boyfriend like hanbin honestly he's so caring, loving and he's respectful towards my feelings, I don't think someone else would've stayed with me more then a month if i said no to making out with them but hanbin always try to make sure if I'm ok even when we're just kissing...gosh i think i hit a jackpot.

"Thank you..these roses are so beautiful" I said softly inhale the sent of the flowers even if these are not my favourite flowers i focus on the generous thought and love behind them.

"Not more then the girl stood infront of me" he said with a grin,shoving his hands in his jeans pocket looking at me the gaze that shows he wants to kiss me right now,I tiptoe myself and gave him a peck on his cheek.

"Y/n I have a request...um..would you go out on dinner with me tomorrow ?"

"I..um,yea" I said "Yes!" I answer again shoving what dad will say to back of my head.

"Good then see you tomorrow ?"

"Yup see you tomorrow..." I said before walking past him already thinking of any excuses that I'm going to make to dad.
