First of all, thank you guys for reading my story! I honestly didn't expect even 100 views let alone what I've received.
That being said, there is something I want to clarify. I knew how this was going to end before I started writing it. When I came up with this idea, it was based solely on the Captain's characterization in the Hellsing manga. I wondered what could have happened to make him so disconnected from events, and so I came up with Sabine. I never intended for her to live or have their baby BUT I have to admit.. she grew on me. Hans is a bad guy and doesn't deserve a happy ending, but what about her?
When I started getting messages and comments asking me to write an alt ending I began to think... why not? Once the gears were turning I couldn't get the idea out of my head. So even though this is the canon compliant ending I wanted, I had to make an alt ending/sequel. The story is titled Alone No Longer and picks up from the end of chapter 11.
