Richelle's POV I wake up in a cold sweat and deep in panic, jacquie must of woke up and realised I was having a nightmare because Noah was sat on the bottom of the bed waiting to see how long it would take for me to wake up... the doctor said to not wake me up unless I couldn't breathe or started screaming see these night mares feel like I'm reliving it all over again so if I had one were my mums boyfriend was strangling me I won't be able to breathe. Noah hugs me and kisses my head "shhh I've got you"noah whispers. I'm safe! Your safe richelle! Stop worrying! "What was the nightmare this time?"noah asks as i pull away from the hug "he was in this room standing over me and he was about to rape again"i say softly "hey it's okay I won't let him near you baby"jacquie says as I lean on her "I need to take a shower it feels like he's actually touched me"i say as I stand up. I get into the shower I can't get this feel of his presence off of my body! I eventually get out of the shower and jacquie is sat waiting for me "how you feeling?"jacquie asks "fine"i lie "rich I want the truth!"jacquie says as I quickly finish getting changed. I look at her before I break down sobbing "oh come here"jacquie says lifting up onto my feet and she walks me over to the bed, she sits me in her lap "shh your safe now your ALWAYS safe in my arms and I will never let him near you again I promise"jacquie says as i cry, jacquie lays us both down and she pulls into her chest "your okay richelle I promise"jacquie says "t-thank you"i mutter "don't thank me now we can stay here for as long as you like baby"jacquie says rubbing my cheek with her thumb "god I'm so stupid!"i say as I sit up "hey your not stupid you had a nightmare and you have ptsd you can't help it baby now just breathe"jacquie says "you must think I'm weak and so stupid I'm 16 and having nightmares"i say putting my head in my knees "hey no i would never think your weak or stupid baby what I think is you need rest and you need to relax"jacquie says softly laying me back down giving me a small kiss as she lays back down with me "i-I love you"i mutter and jacquie looks shocked by what I just said "did richelle nolet just say the l word?"jacquie says "yes now don't make me say it again!"i say smiling softly "i love you too princess"jacquie says pecking my lips "now go back to sleep for a bit and I'm right here okay?"jacquie asks and i nod before falling back to sleep.
Noah's pov I go back into my room and james is on his phone "what did richelle want?"james asks "she had a nightmare"i say as I get back into my bed "well is she okay does she need anything?"james asks sitting up looking worried "awh you care about her but no shes fine I sorted her out"i say softly and james relaxes again but I get a notification from the a troupe group chat.
