Disclaimer: Penthouse characters and story are not mines. If it's mines, I won't make Rona suffer for 3 seasons. I will let her have a happy ending with Seokhoon and her parents.

***

Say something, I'm giving up on you

I'll be the one if you want me to

Anywhere, I would've followed you

Say something I'm giving up on you

Ha Eunbyeol glanced at where Rona was sitting, the sight she saw made her nervous. Her anxiety was increasing especially after Rona attacked her by bringing up what she had done to her. Her heart was beating fast and all she wanted was the medicine her teacher often gave her to deal with her anxiety, but the woman who took care of her when both her father and mother were in the prison had not yet returned from speaking with Rona's mother.

Although the sight made her feelings drop down and her anxiety increased, she couldn't stop staring at their table. That was because this was the first time she had seen Seokhoon never stop smiling. His face was lit up like there was a sunray always brightening up his face, and his eyes shone when they met the eyes of the girl beside him. Something she never got from the boy, even when their relationship was still very close. Seokhoon may often laugh or smile in front of her or their other friends. But that smile and laugh didn't look as happy as what she was looking at right now, she had never seen Seokhoon give it specifically to someone. Envy and jealousy appear to accompany the anxiety she already felt.

And it became very painful when she saw Rona stand up and walk with his mother away from the table. Not only did she feel jealous of Seokhoon's attitude which looked very protective of Rona like when he gave her those scary warning eyes when they met earlier, she was also jealous of the relationship between Rona and Seokhoon's mother who walked while embracing Rona's back. Never in Ha Eunbyeol's life living in Hera Palace did she become close to his mother. She knew the woman long before Rona knew her, yet Rona had a relationship that she never had. She wondered if Seokkyung was jealous of her mother's closeness with Rona.

"Ha Eunbyeol!" The voice calling her woke her up and instantly turned her head in the direction of the voice. And speaking of the devil who she was just thinking of, Seokkyung was looking at her with a laugh. From the corner of her eyes, she could also see Seokhoon looking at her.

"You still look at my brother like that? Don't tell me you're still head over heels with my brother?" Seokkyung teased her with a mocked look. That mean girl's question scared her even more, especially since she knew Seokhoon was staring at her. Gathering her strength and trying to suppress her anxiety, she spoke up.

"No! You're wrong." She answered firmly but she knew that Seokkyung wouldn't stop just like that. And her guess was right after she heard Seokkyung's laughter.

"Don't lie! I know you've been staring at my brother." Seokkyung's tone sounded very disdainful to her, just like the tone Eunbyeol used to give to other people who she felt were not at her level.

"Seokkyung-ah, enough!" Seokhoon's firm tone sounded to stop his sister.

"Why? I was right, believe me, Eunbyeol never stopped looking at you and Rona with jealousy."

"Just stop it whether you're being right or not."

She didn't know whether to be grateful for Seokhoon's interference or even hurt because it meant that Seokhoon knew how she felt yet didn't bother to care about it.
