Yuuichi in Classroom of the elite (Classroom of the elite x Tomodachi game)

Suspicions

Third person pov:

"Excuse me everyone, I'd like your attention please." A boy clapped his hands while saying.

He had dirty blond hair and was quite attractive, though Katagiri doesn't swing that way, he still had to admit it.

"Since we're all going to be classmates for the next three years, why don't we introduce ourselves? Of course, it would be fine if you refused to participate."

His sentence was immediately followed by cheers, mostly from the girls. Some of the boys didn't look too happy though.

'I'd like it if I could have more friends, but not too many, just a small group to hang out and talk with. Maybe I'll catch someones attention with my introduction... Ahhh man! What's so interesting about me though?'

"I'll start, my name is Hirata Yousuke. You can call me by my first name since that's what everyone called me in middle school. I like all sports but I mostly play football (or soccer lol). I hope to get along with everyone here!" Hirata's speech was applauded by the ladies, much to the boys' dismay.

"Okay~! I'm next! My name is Kushida Kikyou. My wish is to become friends with everyone at this school! Nice to meet you!"

98% of the boys in the class started blushing. The other 2% being Katagiri, and that blond guy, who had his feet up on the desk.

'Her voice is kinda annoying. She seems to be nice and cheerful though. In any case, we already have two people who have established their social status in the class.'

Eventually, more students had their turn to introduce themselves. Turns out the blond guy was some rich kid whose name was Kouenji Rokusuke, there were two perverts named Yamauchi Haruki and Ike Kanji, and a nerdy guy whose name was Yukimura Teruhiko.

Now it was Katagiri's turn. He was nervous. He mentally prepared himself, took a deep breath, and stood up- "Uh hey, I'm Katagiri Yuuichi. I'm not that athletic but I tend to ride my bike sometimes. And, if I do say so myself, I can make some really beautiful origami flowers. I'm not really all that special, but I look forward to working with you all!"

Yes, though his introduction was mediocre at best, his facial expression was showing that pure smile again, along with his soft and friendly eyes; made the class show a welcoming smile towards him, they applauded him as much as Hirata.

'Not bad, me. Humans are real simple creatures, as long as you present yourself as an average joe, with both talents and flaws, you'd blend right in. It's better than saying "I'm the best!" or "I'm the worst!". People like to associate themselves with someone they think are their equal, when you make a first impression to them as if you are, then its smooth sailing from there.'

"That was quite a reaction, Katagiri-kun, although your introduction was not that impressive." Horikita spoke up.

"Hm~ What about your introduction? I wanna hear yours."

"There is no need. I merely introduced myself to you since you will be the one I will need to talk to the most in this school."

"I guess."

There were some students like Horikita that didn't like the idea of introduction, especially that red-haired delinquent, he was really angry for some reason. In time, the introductions ended and a mature looking teacher who looked to be in her 30s stepped into the classroom.

"Everybody take your seat. My name is Chabashira Sae and I will be your homeroom and Japanese history teacher for the next three years since this school will not be changing classrooms."

She had with her a bunch of papers which she placed on each column of the front students desks, asking them to pass the papers behind them.

"This is written material for the school rules and policies, I advise you to read them carefully."
