Wilbur is the heir to the Antarctic Empire, and will become king in just a few days after his parents were killed (they aren't Phil or Kristin). The day he's supposed to be crowned, he meets a lovely young girl, Sally, who sneaks him away, and they go on adventures together with three of her other friends. Later, when Sally finds our Wilbur is actually the supposed king who ran away, she turns on him, and has Technoblade, the leader of the rebellion that's against the Antarctic Empire, come to kill him.
