Lloyd's Pov -

A cool breeze swept over night across Ninjago. The city was at a lovely peace while its civilians sang and partied with large paper dragons and waving streamers. The stars above scattered the night sky as if the First Spinjitzu Master himself sprayed them there like a splash of water. Lloyd awaited on top a building with his sword in hand, gazing at the beautiful view below.

He sighed to himself. A year has passed since Wu's disappearance. I'm supposed to lead them all, but I'm not sure I can. I can't do this alone, Master Wu. He thought, hoping that somehow, Master Wu would be able to hear every word. What should I do?

The sound of an alarm soon sounded in the distance. He quickly raised to his feet and sheathed his sword behind him. He narrowed his eyes across the buildings to see a broken window and a subtle flickering red light. Lloyd flipped his gi hood over his head and started towards the break in.

He soon arrived at the scene, deciding to lay low until he could figure out what he was up against. He was just outside the broken windows at the museum. Hiding behind a large plant, he peered over and held still.

There were six of them, all wearing different colored biker helmets that covered their faces. One with a red helmet was standing in front of the rest with an odd looking red kabuki mask in hand. The others followed him as they were about to jump off the ledge and escape.

Knowing he needed to make his move, Lloyd quickly ran from the hiding spot and used spinjitzu to knock one out of place. The one with the red helmet stopped in his tracks and looked around his surroundings, wondering what had just happened.

"Nice masks," Lloyd said as they turned around to face him, "You could almost pass as ninja," he motioned his hand forward, implying for the mysterious helmet group to come at him.

Suddenly, the one in the red helmet pushed the group out of the way as he started to flee. He grabbed a grapple hook and continued to run. One leaped for Lloyd, though he easily blocked it off with a punch and kicked him out of the way. Lloyd continued to knock the others out with blows. The fleeing one in red quickly released his grapple and flung down the rope with one in a white helmet following. Lloyd hurried over to slide down after them.

Once the red helmet guy retreated to the other side, he immediately unsheathed one of his swords to cut down the rope, sending Lloyd and the other villain to fling around in the other direction. The villain, who wore a white helmet, immediately flung off the rope and started to plummet to the ground with a yell of surprise

You gotta be kidding me- Looks like this guy doesn't really have any regards for his teammates.

Holding the end of the rope and swinging around, he quickly caught the man and placed him to safety on the ground. Turning around again, he hurried back to catch the other helmet man. Releasing his helmet, the red helmet man jumped on what looked like his bike and drove off with a roar of the engine.

"Pixal, I need my car," he said through his earpiece, still swinging from the rope.

"Your coordinates, Master Lloyd?" Pixel asked.

"Somewhere over- you know how to find me." he responded while releasing the rope from his hands. He started falling towards the busy road. Before he hit the ground, a large green car burst from the side of the road and caught Lloyd before he reached the floor.

Lloyd sighed with relief, "I could kiss you, Pix!"

"I don't think Zane would approve," she said, adding sarcasm into her voice.

Starting the engine, he burst through the road to make his way over to the crook. Their plan seemed to be carefully thought out. I guess this relic they stole is pretty important to go all this way to steal it.
