(Athena's POV)
Father had summoned me to the great hall, he said it was an urgent matter to discuss. I walked down the hall to the great hall, and I noticed someone standing there. It was Poseidon. 'Ugh why is he here?' I walked over to Poseidon casually, not wanting to attract attention. He finally notices me and smirks. 'Jerk.' I stand next to Poseidon, "So what are you doing here uncle, I thought you would be chasing some girls around". "Now, now Athena you shouldn't be too harsh, you don't know what'll happen next". Saying this with a grin, I was about to say something when the door opened. Zeus and everyone else was here. We walked into the room, the door closed behind us. Father began to speak.
"Now that we are all here, I would like to discuss an Issue". pausing to make sure everyone was listening to him. "Oceanus has proposed an idea to end the war between us".
We have been at war for 20 years now and no side has gained anything but lost soldiers, we are at our wits end, maybe this will stop the fighting. "what the idea he suggests father" curious of what he might want. "he asks to marry one of my daughters in exchange for ending the war". he says while having disgust on his face, the room had fallen silent, no one said a word. Artemis spoke "will you accept the deal" "NO absolutely not, I would rather go to war with the bastard" He roared.
"So what will you do, if you're not accepting the deal father". Father sighed "I'll marry each of you to someone else, so he may not have you"
"I accept father it's best for Olympus after all" He smiled "Now that's settled, everyone you're all dismissed, we'll announce to everyone later on about the marriages". I walked away, thinking about everything 'I hope I don't regret this'.
