It can be from both series the 2003 fullmetal alchemist one or the 2009 fullmetal alchemist brotherhood one. Your favorite could be Edward or Alphonse Elric is you want or Roy Mustang (cause he's a total badass) it could be anyone which one is your favorite? I'll let you guys pick TWO favorite but only one from each series.

My favorite excluding Ed and Al has to be Lust from the 2003 series cause of her backstory that they gave her and she didn't appear as straight out evil like she did in brotherhood and because she SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT didn't die so early like in brotherhood. And for the 2009 one I like just the Armstrongs in general. And NO I DON'T MEAN THE ARMSTRONG FROM OUR HELL DREAMS SO CALM YO MELONS KATHERINE AND MADISON. I think the original Armstong lacked the ripping off his shirt and all but we got even more in brotherhood and it was so cool. I especially LOVE Olivier too cause she was epic just like everyone else in brotherhood.
