The third day with this quirk-induced flu was the WORST. Shoto woke up in a cold sweat, nausea wracking his body. He shot up from his spot on the couch, grabbing the nearby trash can that Touya had left, violently getting sick. All of what Touya had cooked him the night before returned with a vengeance.

Touya woke up to the sounds of Shoto getting sick.

"oh shit- hey it's alright." Touya sat next to him rubbing circles on his back. Another burp and gag left Shoto's mouth as more sick emerged.

"damn sho..." Touya sighed. After what felt like forever, Shoto took a deep breath, trying to recover from the bout of nausea.

"Can I get you anything?" Touya asked looking at Shoto, he was pale, pieces of his hair stuck to his forehead, and shaking.

"..no-..ugh..freezing.." Shoto got out in between shaking and trying to catch his breath.

"Let's get you in clothes that aren't soaked with sweat."

Once Touya was able to help his brother clean up and redress into warmer, dry clothes, they took their places back on the couch. Shoto was still shaking, but at least felt warmer now.

"Should I call someone from the agency? Don't you guys have like those nurses with healing quirks?" Touya asked, concern coaxing his voice.

"They won't be able to do anything. The quirk that hit me just has to run its course."

"...It's a pretty intense course...I'm worried." Touya admitted, feeling a little awkward.

Shoto glanced over questioning whether or not he truly just heard that leave his brother's mouth.

"You're worried?"

"I mean... yeah.. you're really sick Sho. I just want to make sure you're okay."

Shoto was in utter shock. This entire time, he just thought Touya was here against his own will. Since he was no longer involved with Shigaraki and the LOV he thought maybe his brother just had nowhere else to go.

Before he could share his thoughts with Touya, another wave of nausea came rushing over him as he lunged for the trash can.

"That's it. I'm calling someone." Touya grabbed his phone and dialed a ... close... friend of his.

"So... explain this again, he was hit by a quirk and it's causing the flu?"

"Yes Keigo, I don't know how else to explain it," Touya grunted, looking at his now sleeping younger brother.

"I feel like we'll need to call Recovery Girl or something. I don't know how to help." Keigo, also known as the hero Hawks, stood by Touya.

"Okay, I mean let's do whatever we need to. He's really sick, it's just freaking me out."

"I remember when you got sick, Toga babied the shit out of you." Hawks joked.

"Shut up. She did not, she was just being a good friend. None of you fuckers cared anyway."

"Hey now!! I cared!! I brought you water and your favorite snacks the whole time."

"You brought me skittles..." Touya glared at him.

"They're your favorite!!"

"Not when I'm sick you dumbass."

"But you ate them... didn't you," Hawks smirked at the white-haired figure standing next to him.

"Hmmph...whatever you stupid bird. Call that Recovery girl would you? His fevers getting worse."

Recovery girl had arrived but what the two older boys were told, didn't make them hopeful.

"It's a quirk, I can't heal that, unfortunately. He will just have to ride out the effects."

"How do we help him? He can't keep food down, his fever is high. Could this kill him?" Touya asked frantically

"No no. It will not kill him, he is pretty sick but he will recover. Keep him hydrated as best as possible and allowing him to sleep is the best bet." Recovery girl said.

The hero Hawks and Touya nodded showing Recovery girl out.

"Well, that was super fucking unhelpful." Touya sighed.

"I Can stay to help you keep an eye on him. He looks like he's in rough shape." Keigo admitted.

They looked down at a pale-faced Shoto who was still sleeping soundly on the couch.

"Honestly I'd appreciate that." Touya said, "I'm trying to help like a brother would but I'm lost."
