Aftermath

Yul had finally gotten over Sian, it had been 3 years since she had forgiven him. 

Surprisingly, Yul had developed a lot since then, he had gotten a job and cut his hair and overall had became a better person in general, but there was still a problem.

Love.

Yul was still having trouble finding love after Sian, he was afraid the same cycle would happen again, that his next lover would leave him like Sian did. But he had figured he would never repeat that cycle, but there was still that gut feeling it could happen again.

Back to Yul's job, He loved his job, it was labour but being out in the sun all day really relaxed him, there is this one co-worker Yul had, his name was Y/N. They were around each other constantly, mostly due to Yul's back problems, Yul needed supervision due to that. Y/N and Yul got along quite well, Y/N was quite able-bodied which helped Yul get his work done quickly, and after they finished work together they hung out for a while.

Yul was happy because this was the first friend he had made in a while, he felt like just how he did back then, he felt fulfilled and full of joy, it wasn't the same feeling of how he was with Sian but it was similar.

Yul and Y/N's bond was very strong, after a few months they were practically inseparable. Sometimes they'd even stay at each others houses if it ever got too late when they were together, which was quite often.

One day Yul and Y/N decided to go to a bar to celebrate Yul's birthday, Yul never drunk a lot because of financial issues (his job would only cover basic necessities like food and rent) but Y/N promised to pay for everything.

Little did they know, that night would change everything for them.
