Summary: It's been 100 years since the extinction of the genders ''Alpha & Omega''. The genders already only exist in the textbooks to learn. Ayase, who was born in a world where only Betas live, with a ''Omega mutation'', in order secretly obtain expensive suppressants, has to labor as an AV male actor sending a daily charge for the medicine. "I would never be able to have a normal love life" is what Ayase thought, but on one day, a fateful encounter appeared. For some reason, Ayase can't stop desiring for that man called Inukai. However, when they tried connecting their bodies for the first time that night, 'that' happened?!
