Dick told Tim everything that had happened to him and how he had felt and now was worried about Tim. And had told the boy of Damian making the younger seem almost enraged at this. It was because of the habit that Bruce had developed. One where he adopted a child and seemed to have threw away his old one in hopes of making the new one into a much better partner in his so called war against crime.
So by the end of Dicks explanation the younger was in his arms crying and the two just stayed like that for a few minutes. Dick was grinning from ear to ear as he slowly got into Tim's mind and they went out and had talked an awful lot. And the days turned to weeks and those to months. Before Tim finally quited the Titans and being Red Robin and no longer want to work along Bruce's side. All Because of Dick's slow manipulation and just explaining the truth to the boy.
Bruce was feeling devastated as he lost another son of his and Tim could only now look at the man in disgust. Bruce was trembling as he didn't believe that his most loyal son left him so soon. And now all he had was his murderer of a son Damian who held a dislike to him because Bruce wouldn't give him many chance and would scold the boy too harshly. Which had caused a large gap in their relationship making it so easy for Dick to one day be able to take the boy away from Bruce and all the man would have left was his butler.
Dick at this point had Tim on a stick and allows the boy to join his side but not as another Talon. Oh no that would be too risky but as his own personal hacker. Which had made things much easier for the ex hero to do his crimes and getting closer to those he once called his enemy's. 'Now, now all I need is Damian by my side then I can find Jason. He and I can live a happy little life with a loving family and a beautiful home together once all crime is gone and all those foolish hero's that wronged me are dead. Killed by my own two hands!'
