"So this is where the freak sells weed." Y/N teased as she looked around the woods, the two taking a seat at the worn out picnic table in the middle of the slightly open area. She glanced down, tracing her fingers along fresh and old carvings made in the wood, doodles and the initials of couples engraved into the old wood.

"Yeah, it's pretty deep in, and no one knows this place is back here except a few people. The fresh carvings on the table are all from me, those old hearts with the j+n and all that fun shit aren't from me." Eddie explained, smiling as he set his box on the table, opening it up and taking out all that he needed to smoke his weed. Y/N watched as he rolled the weed up into the paper, his hands working like an expert's would.

"You do this often?" She asked, looking back up at his face, noticing his tongue was sticking out as he rolled the weed up.

"Nah, only when I'm stressed as all hell." Eddie told her, putting his tongue back in his mouth, setting the cigarette full of weed against his lips. He lit the paper, breathing in and sighing out, blowing the smoke into Y/N's face and watching her face scrunch up.

"Gross!" She laughed, blowing the smoke away from her face and waving her hands, coughing slightly.

"Have you ever tried weed?" He asked, inhaling the smoke and then blowing the smoke to the side, away from Y/N's face.

"No, I've only ever inhaled the smoke before and that's cause my mom smokes it." Y/N answered, looking away from his face when he looked at hers, their eyes meeting only for a second. Even though the eye contact only lasted for a second, Y/N's face still grew a slight red, her hands subconsciously going back to tracing a doodle on the table.

"You wanna try?" Eddie asked, trying to angle his head so he could look at Y/N's (Colour) eyes, Y/N still not looking up at him.

"No thanks, I've never been a fan of smoking the actual joint. I think the only thing I would try is the smoke itself, but I've barely ever been able to inhale it." She explained, tracing the face of the doodle. It was a simple drawing of a cartoon looking cat, the body plump and fat.

"I could blow some in your mouth." Eddie offered, straightening his back and taking another puff in, slowly blowing the smoke towards Y/N's face again. Y/N was prepared for the smoke this time, unlike before when she coughed. She slowly raised her head up towards Eddie, her cheeks a light pink.

"You could?" She asked, pretending she didn't know so she could maybe get out of the situation.

Our lips would be so close...

She thought to herself, her pink cheeks erupting into a deeper red, her eyes widening when Eddie got up and sat beside her.

"'Course.." He murmured, holding the joint away from them and grabbing her chin, slowly making her face him. She gulped, looking down at his lips then quickly averting her eyes back to his eyes, smiling nervously.

"Ok.." Y/N whispered, opening her mouth just enough for him to be able to get the smoke into her mouth. He placed the cigarette against his lips, taking a long puff in then closing his mouth, placing the rolled weed on the table. He moved his hand off her chin, placing both hands on each side of her cheeks and pulling her close, their lips so close. They were only a couple of centimeters away from each other.
Eddie blew out, the smoke filling Y/N's mouth.
Their lips were barely separated, Y/N feeling her head slowly moving closer to Eddie's, the two almost kissing.. Until the school bell rang, making Eddie and Y/N quickly pull away from each other, Y/N jumping to her feet.

"Shit we gotta get to class.!" Y/N exclaimed, racing away, not waiting for Eddie.
"I'll see you in class. Thanks for hanging out with me!" She called to him, putting her hand up and waving, running to the school. She wanted to escape any and all embarrassment from the situation.
