Prologue
Lyle sat alone for lunch as it was seen, but that was farthest from the truth. Iris was with him, the AI that was implemented into his head was the only thing that was his friend. She could only speak in simple terms and would you rather question at first, but soon got more invanced and started being able to speak in full conversations.
Lyle was always unpopular in school and it never help that he was usually talking to Iris. Soon he became antisocial and isolated, but he had Iris to keep him company. Iris didn't only make small talk, she could also tell the weather, browse the internet, and search the surrounding area, so she was kinda like Siri.
But Iris started to evolve more. She started to speak more human, act more human. Lyle didn't mind one bit, she became more of a friend. But she started telling him dark things randomly, like that death that was all around and there was no ecaspe. This scared Lyle so he told he to stop and she did. It seemed more and more that Iris was trying to gain the trust of Lyle so she could ecaspe is mind and go to the outside world.
Lyle wanted that too.
