Shoot Or Run

|Shot| Chapter Ten|

I looked over at Carl who had a pouch of sharp weapons.

I raised a brow slightly Knowing Lori wouldn't let him have one. I looked to her and next thing I know he was told to take them to Dale. both from Lori and Shane. I was surprised really. Shane never told him no. I glared at Shane and followed Carl quickly over to Dale only a few feet behind him "What's his problem?" I asked wondering if he knew.

"I don't know." he answered and gave the weapons to Dale. I nodded slightly and saw Daryl and Rick come back from the woods "You didn't find her?" Carol asked "We'll find her tomorrow I promise."  Rick said to her putting a hand on her right shoulder. I looked down having a bad feeling. I didn't want to loose her. she was my friend. one of my only friends here.

I walked to a car pulling some stuff out of it such as water and food... again. I was tired of it

I wanted to go back to Texas again. I miss it. I miss everything about my home state.

I looked over to Carl and saw him leaning on the same car I was searching "Take these to Dale." I said handing him the water and a few granola bars. "I got the rest." I added taking the rest out of the car and carried them over to Dale.

I held the machete in my hands as I walked next to Carl and heard him Talking to Shane only yo get shooed away

 I looked at Shane and shook my head. I looked at Carl and put my hand on his shoulder "Hey I care." I said

"I know you do." he said smiling at me 'Good." i replied and walked ahead near Lori and Ginger.

I looked at the green tent sort of away from us. Daryl approached it carefully and went in after Carol called for her

I saw Shane and Rick start coughing witch made Ginger hold my shoulders tightly.

"Daryl?" Carol asked him. I saw him come out holding a Revolver that was small about my size.

"Ain't her" he said "What's in there?" Lori asked him. ehem Lori ever heard of Curiosity killed the cat?

Guess not

"some guy. like what Jenner said. oped out." I looked down slightly feeling bad that a man ended his life because of all this 

I looked up hearing bells from not to far away from us I looked up and Ginger and saw her smiling slightly

Once we all looked at Rick he pointed left. we followed him quickly hoping it was Sophia who was ringing those bells.

Soon we came through bright green tree leaves and saw a church 

"That can't be it. it has no bells." Shane said looking forward at the church.

I rolled my eyes and ran to the church before them and heard Ginger yell "Ever-Greene Jay Platinum!" 

great my full name like they needed to know what it was. I didn't want them to know my middle name. I liked it yeah sure but all of it in one bunch really mom and dad? you had to name me that?

I was the first one at the red door not panting "Damn your good." Ginger said panting making me smile 

Rick opened the door quitely but i saw three bodies sitting on the pews. two where obviously men and the other woman
