Kimiko woke up and got ready for the special school dance. When she found Kid at the dance she got sick and had to run to the bathroom where she had another run in with Ashura. Ashura told Kimiko about how Medusa was a witch and was planing on resurrecting the keshan. Ayame pretty much saved her and when she dragged her back into the dance room Sid warned everyone about Medusa's plan and before they could trap everyone in the room Sid sent Ayame, Kimiko, Black Star, Tsubaki, Maka, Soul, and Stein below to stop Medusa from resurrecting the keshan. Kimiko has a strange feeling and when she created her weapon an umbrella appeared. Turned out to be a flail weapon or morning star with deadly spike balls at the end of five chains. Everyone was charging at Medusa ready to fight.
And that's where I left you off :-)
We charged with each of our weapons high above our heads. "Vector arrow" I heard Medusa chant and she flung her arms forward and sent out hundreds of black razor sharp arrows in our direction. I dodged the few that came at me easily but got distracted when I heard Ayame cry out. I looked over to se her get slammed into the wall near us and she fell limply to the ground. "AYAME!" I cried out to her. I looked back at the arrows just in time to barely dodge one that came right at my face and scratched my cheek. I wiped the blood away with my hand and ran to Ayame to help her up.
"Are you alright?" I asked with worry in my eyes. She looked back up at me with strength and courage on her face. "Yeah I'll be just fine." She jumped up and ran past me to slash black arrows coming at us just in time to save us. I smiled bat her and continued running after her. "SPEED STAR!" I heard Black Star yell as he zoomed past Medusa with lightning speed. Next I saw Maka running towards Medusa. The arrows were surrounding her completely and it seemed there was no way she would ever make it. "MAKA!" I yelled and I seemed to snap her out of a trance. She darted straight down the path of arrows barrelling towards her and ran straight at Medusa. She barely made it but she slid past Medusa. Makas big event distracted Medusa to give Kid a chance to fly past her also.
It was just me ,Ayame, and Stein left facing Medusa. We all stood facing Medusa breathing heavily and I held my weapon low at my side. The air seemed to be becoming thicker that it was before making it hard to breathe. As I strained my lungs to bring in the humid air Medusa got that snake look on her face and let out an evil laugh. " Hahahah wow Stein, seems you trained them well." She said scanning her eyes around the room and looking at the three of us. We just stood there with our muscles tense ready for the next move. "VECTOR PLATE!" She shouted and an arrow appeared under Ayame and I. We were thrown off balance and shot towards Medusa with out any say in the direction we were moving. "VECTOR ARROW!" She shouted once again and the arrows came flying at me and Ayame almost as fast as we were going towards Medusa. "DODGE IT NOW!" I warned to Ayame and we both darted outward in opposite diagonal lines and ran around Medusa. Before I knew it I was literally back to back with Medusa and I took my weapon and gouged it into her side before she had the chance to move a finger. She fell forwards on her hands and knees and I grabbed Ayames hand and ran off with her. I could feel Medusa's piercing eyes still watching us run past her down the endless corridor.
We continued running until Medusa was well out of sight and then some. We finally stopped and Ayame bent over and put her hands on her knees and was panting heavily. I on the other hand slammed my back against the cold brick wall and slid down so I was siting on the hard wet ground. I rested my head against the wall and closed my eyes and let out a big sigh trying to calm my soul and catch my breath.
"Kimiko..." I heard Ayame say still breathing heavily. "Yeah what's up?" I asked opening my eyes to see her standing up straight now and coming closer to me. " You saved my life and.... held my hand" Ayame blushed and put her hand up to her mouth and turned away. "Well yea I wasn't going to let you die on me back there. What kind of friend would I be if I left you back there?" I said with a smile on my face. "I'm your... friend?" she asked with an even bigger blush all over her face now. "Noooo" I said sarcastically and shook my head and laughed. "I LOVE YOU SO MUCH KIMIKOOOOO!" Ayame screamed and glomped me and picked me up off the ground. She spun me in circles hugging me around my neck.
