Chapter 1- What's New.

Russell P.O.V

I had just got back from a hectic day at work. I hadn’t had a problem with Good News, its just Cerys decided to leave me. I received a text from her which basically said that she’d packed all her stuff and she was leaving for good. I was so upset, but I was glad to get home. Archie ran up to me jumping. ’’Hello mate. Want to be let out.’’ I opened the back door so he could play. The phone rang so I ran to get it.

‘’Hello.’’ I said cautiously thinking it might be Cerys.

‘’Hi Russell’’ It was Dan. ‘’Are you alright, you lest really early?’’

‘’Yea I’m fine, its just things.’’

‘’I’m sorry about that mate. Anyway I forgot to tell you that we have a new girl working with us tomorrow. Her name is Saza, 25years old. She will help us with the sketches.’’

‘’She sounds interesting. How come I didn’t get to interview her?’’

‘’Well you would have done, but at that time Cerys was at the studio and she decided that she should interview all the people applying.’’

‘’Why she didn’t have to do that.’’ So now she dumped me and I have found out that she thinks I shouldn’t interview people, What a bitch. ’’She is purposely trying to ruin my life.’’

‘’Don’t worry Russ she didn’t choose who would work with, me, Mark and spider decided, and to say so myself she is good looking.’’ I started to chuckle. ’’Dan its like your trying to set me up with a new girl.’’

‘’We might have been wanting to do that for a while my friend, sorry I know you don’t want to hear it-’’

‘’ Well I might not have before you told me what she had done to get involved with my work, but its alright mate. I need to go Archie is playing with my shoes, see you tomorrow.’’

‘’Alright see ya.’’ I could hear him chuckling. He knew very well what I meant by Archie playing with my shoes.

I hung up and ran to Archie. I got him away from my shoes and placed my shoes in the shoe box. I looked up at the clock, it was eight o’clock, I know its early but I decided to go to bed so I would feel better tomorrow.
