Chapter 18

Luke's pov
We heard a loud thud on the floor as we stared at each other and before I knew it I rushed toward Stefhany bathroom and when I opened it I was speechless. my sister was on the floor with blood all over her wrist and her clothes was covered with blood and on her hand she held a cutter. I rushed towards her and lifted her head. "call the ambulance someone". I screamed as Leticia came rushing towards me.
"Luke we can't do anything I don't have anything with me" she said as she rushed to pick up Stefhany. soon I like five minutes the paramedics came to take Stefhany away as I went with her on the ambulance and so did Chris. soon we got it the hospital where thy rushed Stefhany to the emergency room.
"I will go wake up Tammy she should be awake by now" Leticia said.

We all nodded in response as she kissed Louis and left to her car.

"She will be alright Chris and Luke she will make it she is strong" Taylor said while resting her hands on Chris and I shoulder.

"Why did she do this she promised us she wouldn't again Luke she promised us I understand about Aiden but she can't do this"

"Chris shut up okay please just shut up yeah she promised but I understand why sh broke the promise we aren't there for her we aren't by her side we left her in a room by herself for Christ sakes what brothers are we she just got married today and her husband was killed today also What do you expect her to be happy"

"No Luke I don't expect her to be happy but I don't expect her to do this"

"Do you know anything about love Chris. what if Sara had died the way Aiden did wouldn't you do the same Stefhany did"

After that comment all I heard was silence from Chris

"Yeah I thought so too Chris"

Stefhany pov

Darkness was all I saw. I didn't regret my decisions I had no reason to live none whatsoever I had nothing in anyway and I wanted to be with Aiden for eternity. then I see the light

"Stefhany what are you doing here"
I turned around to see Aiden with Alex my brother Alex and Aiden

" Aiden?"

"Yeah Stef it's me"
I rushed to hug him but he seperated us

"You shouldn't be here Stef you have so much to live for go back Stef one day you will meet the right guys I wasn't him I really wasn't but I love you remember that and nothing will change that now go back for your surprise."

"But Aiden"

"Stefhany go back do is for us"

"He is right sis go back we will always be here soaring for you but right now isn't the time"
I nodded as tears roll down and soon I opened my eyes to see everyone at my room

"Hey sis how are you"
I turned around to see like smiling
"I feel dead"
He giggled at my response as I smiled.

"You have a beautiful smile Stef please don't scare me like that"

" I need him Luke I don't know how I will mange to live without him near me"

"Stefhany sometimes they leave to come back. you will be happy we will be better friends and brothers to you and care for you we promise we not let you down and Stefhany there is something you need to know"
He stopped as Tammy and Leticia came in with Jennifer to their side.

"You are an idiot Stefhany you scared the fuck out of us like what the fuck is wrong with you I can't live a life without you" Jennifer said

"Fucking preach Jennifer if I wasnt drugged out in my bed while this happen I would've made sure you died you idiot you scared me shitless okay don't do that to us". Tammy stated while smiling

"Freaking ugh Stefhany can we like kill her I need to kill her" Leticia stated crying and laughing.

I stared at my bffs as they smiled and sobbed.
"Can I talk to you girls alone please for a while"

"Sure Luke we will be back Kk Stef"

"Okay Tammy"
And before I knew it I was left in my room alone with Niall snoring on the couch as the boys laid beside and on him. that must be uncomfortable. I heard a loud what coming from the outside, which woke Niall up great.

"Hey Stef"

"Hey Niall"

"That was the most uncomfortable nap I have ever taken"

"Yeah it seemed like it"

"Why won't you smile Stefhany, why did you do this to yourself to what's inside of you."

"What do you mean"

"Niall shut up we haven't told her"

"Luke Niall what are you talking about"
They all inhaled air and stared at me as Tammy came close.

"Stefhany you are pregnant"
