You chuckled nervously and replied that you were going with your best friend.
"Yes you can. But first call me dad."
"D-dad" the word dad made you remember about your past. Those happy memories with your family.

"Thank you so much dad." You said turned to leave but he stopped you.
"Y/n" you turned back and look at him " here you go. Your salary."

"Don't worry I am not going to cut it from your salary. Take it, you will need it and after all its just a bonus for your hard works and efforts. I am happy to see you happy. As I always wanted a daughter just like you."
