Eddie band was having a contest for a singer to join, they needed someone with an amazing voice to sing any kind of songs they make. "Hey y/n why don't you do the contest? " Dustin said. "What God no! Why would I want to sing with them? Plus they are probably only wanting a guy" you said to Dustin. I kinda wanted to do the contest since I been singing since I was little but I couldn't sing in front of Eddie! I had the biggest crush on him. "Y/n come on you can do it!" Dustin says dragging you to the DND club room. "Eddie! I might of found you a singer for your band!!" Dustin says. You pop out from behind Dustin looking shyly at Eddie, "Dustin we are looking for a dude not some chick who probably sings Barbie girl" Eddie says eyeing you. You got pissed at what he said and started walking away, "y/n can sing any song you throw at her! Okay she amazing and you would be stupid not to at least hear her sing!"Dustin said.
You stop walking when you heard him say that, "fine Dustin but if she sucks I'm kicking her out" Dustin nodded happily.
Dustin grabs your arm dragging you up to the stage with the mic on it. "Okay y/n you can do this okay! Just imagine you are singing to my mom okay!?" Yeah that makes everything more better you thought to your self. You clear your throat trying not to show how nervous you were.

*The music start playing, you start singing*

As the atom bomb locks in

As the world, as the world caves in=

*You finish the rest of the song*
All the group members look at you in shock and Dustin jumping up and down like a kid on Christmas day. "Um did I do okay?" You ask them, "okay? Okay?!! Y/n that was amazing! Why have you been hiding that beautiful voice??" One of the boys say to you. "I'm sorry, I just get scared singing in front of people, the only people I sing in front of is Dustin and his mom.." you say rubbing your arm looking down blushing. "So Eddie what do you say buddy? Let her join?" Dustin says looking at Eddie. "Fine,fine! but no one gonna flirt with her because she is mine" Eddie says smiling at you as you stare at him in shock.
