WARNING- shit's going down.
"Hurry up." Kira whispered to me from the second step to the basement. Grunting, I shut the large wooden door behind me and frowned. Using the flashlight in my phone, I turn it on and turn to face Kira. She smiles wildly and reaches her arm out to me to take my hand.
Without hesitation, I grab her hand and grip it tightly. She squeezes it lightly and glances at me as we walk down the stairs.
"What do you think is down here?" She said in an excited voice.
"I don't know," I shrugged and looked to see about 6 more stairs left. I actually had no idea. I had to admit, I was scared whatever (or whoever) is down here might hurt one of us. I don't know what's happening with the others either. I hope they're okay.
"It stinks in here." Kira groaned. We reached the last step and Kira sneezed, the dust blowing around the basement. Shining the light around the room, my mouth hangs open. Bags. Body bags maybe? Kira gasped and walked around hesitantly. Blood dragged along the walls and over the bags.
"I'm not liking this place." I shook my head and squinted my eyes to see something on the wall on the other side of the room. I walked forward and let go of Kira's hand, leaving her to wander around. Scratched into the wall was written ALL YOUR BODIES .
"Kira," I whisper to her, gaining a hum in response, "come look at this."
She walked over to me slowly, judging by her footprints.
"Woah." She gasped in shock. "Lets look around some more."
I flashed my phone around to look in places as Kira wandered off to a dark corner. The room was mainly filled with body bags and old furniture. A humming sound radiated through the room. Kira obviously heard it, as she was trying to find where it was coming from. I watched her as she knelt down near a small door and stared at it carefully.
"What is it?" I asked.
"Nothing." She shook her head, standing up and dusting the dust off of her jeans. You couldn't hear any noise upstairs whatsoever. We were in our own sound proof room. A loud creak sounded above Kira and she froze.
If we couldn't hear anything upstairs, that means whatever that noise was is in the basement.
She looked at me with wide eyes then looked above her, only to scream as something launched on top of her. It scratched her cleanly across the cheek and scratched her arm. It was a women. She looked no older than us, however, her body parts were twisted and her skin purple. She seemed... dead. I tried to help but Kira pushed the woman off of her and ran into my arms. I kept the light on the woman and used my other arm to wrap around Kira's shaking body.
The woman looked at us, her eyes bloodshot and her mouth dripping with blood, she then launched at us.
"RUN!" I yelled and pulled Kira with me. We ran to the stairs and ran up them as fast as we could. I swung the door open and attempted to slam it behind me, only for it to hit the back of the woman's leg. Mind you she was crawling like a dog. We ran up stairs to get to the floor Ashton and Claire are on.
We saw all of them standing in the hallway with their heads down. We screamed at them to run and they turned to face us with confused faces. Michael, Cher and Amy poke their heads out from a room and realise what's following us. Claire screamed loudly and they all began to run around the corner and into the tea room. We ran past them all but Amy. She was running behind us and not far from whatever it was.
We all got in and slammed the door, only to realise Amy was still outside.
She stopped at the end of the large hallway and looked at it. We swung the door open to see her laying on the ground and the woman gone. A few feet away from her was a smashed window.
"Are you okay?" Cher asked, running to Amy's side.
"It jumped out the window. But something else happened." Amy sobbed.
"What happened?" Cher asked, rubbing her back.
"Luke pushed me out of it's way."
